I had a great experience at Walgreens thanks to Lori! She was incredibly kind, professional, and efficient. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. Lori made the whole process smooth and pleasant—from greeting me with a smile to helping me quickly with what I needed. It’s rare to find such consistent and friendly service these days. Store is so big and laid out that shopping is like running a marathon up and down one aisle to the other to find what you are looking for. It would be a big help for those of us who are not sprinters to have an electric cart to aid in the ease of shopping at Walgreens.

Customer service sucks. Crap hours, opened up after 10 and then was super rude. Tried to asked questions, get cut off. Tried to ask how long it would take to wait on a prescription that was called in yesterday just to be told that they had to look at everything and couldn't tell me anything. Non empathetic pharmacist tech that could care less about people and the pharmacist never tried to step in. If your hours say open at 10, that means to deal with customers. Doesn't mean walk your lazy tail in at 10 whatever and then open the window. Worst walgreens I've ever used and have been with walgreens over 20 years

They are stealing money from customers that are not looking at prices - lipsticks are 10.99 and on the registers they are 11.99 - told the manager she saw the price then she put the whole bar up and scan something there and said ohh no only some of the are 10.99 I said I don’t see any other price and you see the name and the price of 10.99 and she said nop that is 11.99 - that is wrong

I really hate bagging on a store like this, but the pharmacy is struggling. They never have enough people working and sometimes I drive all the way here and there’s a sign out front that says the pharmacy is closed. They try to blame it on Covid but - come on. Walgreens’ pharmacy has been going downhill for some time now. They don’t have enough people working and those that do end up quitting because it’s not a great place to work. It used to be awesome. Not anymore. Sad.

Only issue is that I'm guessing because of the safety procaucions put in place due to the black fungus from India being an airborne containament that can spread much the same as the the continued covid-19 virus pandemic.

Took my nail technician's advice and went to Walgreens. Diane, the cosmetic consultant, took a meter reading of my skin tone and advised of the correct shade for foundation. Diane was pleasant as well as professional.
