One pharmacy tech keeps going against what I request for medication. I’ve said multiple times that I don’t want the generic cause it doesn’t work the same for me. This is my 3rd issue with the same tech. Last time I needed my medication filled at a different Walmart, I needed a refill and it went to the other Walmart but wanted it at this location. I called this morning and I spelt out the medication I’m on and mentioned that generic hasn’t worked for me I’m the past and wanted to know if they had it in stock. They didn’t and I said no problem I’ll go pick it up at the other Walmart as she specifically said she couldn’t transfer it and didn’t have the said medication. This was a 20 minute phone call. In the afternoon I went to pick up my medication and the tech had canceled it and filled the generic this Walmart. Even though I said I will just pick it up at the Walmart it was filled at. It caused a huge headache for everyone for no reason. She did not need to mess with the script/refill, I requested that she didn’t as I would go pick it at the other location. My parents have had issues with the same pharmacy tech. I’m at the point where I will not be using this pharmacy anymore to avoid all the headaches this tech has caused

their is a man named chris that works in the pickup part of walmart he has a f***** up attitude and thinks he knows s*** and does not he thinks he can correct people that does not work for walmart and thinks its okay to bully people just because he is under stress does not give him the right to bully people he never knows what a person is going through or were there mind is so he needs to watch how and what he says to people because he could very well get himself hurt.

My husband was diagnosed with Covid while visiting Florida. Not something you want while taking your 1st vacation in 3 years.The doctor at a walk in clinic prescribed an antibody drug but the Walmart pharmacy in another fort Meyers did not have it. The super Walmart store sent us to the San Carlos Walmart as they had a similar medication. When we arrived they had not received the script properly and the clinic had us extremely upset with a series of events. The pharmacist and the staff did everything they could to help receive the script but their hands were tied by the clinic. I spent 3 hours waiting and the pharmacist was so kind and patient as were the staff. Brandon , Rita, Syde and Nurida. They were all so kind and patient. They made several calls and sent faxes while I waited . We realize that it’s a busy time in the medical world but it was a series of events of incompetence on the part of the Naples clinic that created this mess. I was extremely anxious but the concern of the San Carlos Walmart pharmacy and pharmacist helped ease me and helped so much to expedite getting my husband his medication. Special thanks to all of the employees there!!

Now I find out the ground "beef" is mixed with pink slime from pig intestines and also gassed to extend shelf life. This is America, where we have cattlemen raising livestock. We deserve better than being treated like this!

just got back from walmart awful review of unfriendly customer service. attempted to my returns from pandemic. the items are to old says rep 1 and so now approx 150$ coming back to me. mananger of cashiers comes up same thing. i explained 3 of these tops i wore once and were damaged can u refund those nope. mind u i am wearing 1 of the same tanks and i pointed out how this 1 is fine, store manager same thing but decides he can refund only the tanks. fine with that i gave him reciept and he sad sorry no. i am upset that i get my money but you need to be nicer....each and everyone escalated there voice and or spoke in a different language to each other. they would ask me a question and just look away and start a conversation in front me. the manager said sorry i wish i could help u. well i know if u b**** long enough u get yr way. so when the manager said i wish i could help u. pro corporate or pro customer u choose. so as i was heading in to drop another 200$ i left. i am aware lil ole me doesn't matter to them but i want to spend my money somewhere where they dont talk to customers like that. bye bye walmart.

This was my first time to this Walmart. It is HUGE. Coming from up north, we're not used to seeing a deli counter, a garden center, or even a selection of good as expansive as here in FL. This location had everything we were looking for... Grocery items, bathroom items, toiletries, a radio. It truly is a one-stop shopping experience. I was also impressed at how clean and organized everything seemed. Most Walmart locations I've been to up north look like a bomb went off most of the time, especially around this time of the year. What really made the visit awesome was that we found a large container of strawberries and there wasn't a bad one in the bunch. It was literally "The Holy Grail" of strawberries. We will definitely be looking for more the next time we return. :-)

Worst pharmacy!! Dropped off prescription at 3:45, they were busy she said it'd be an hour, so I said I'd come back in an hour or two. I came back 3 hours later two pharmacy workers with no one in line. I went up and asked for my prescription, we don't have one for you! I said you should have two, I dropped one off and the drs sent one over. A few mins later oh we found it have a seat it'll take a few minutes! An hour later oh we can only fill 7 days worth of this per Walmart policy! Ok that's fine..... just can I go I'm sick and not wanting to sit here which is why I dropped it off! Just after 8 I was out the door! Waited over an hour after arriving to pick up the prescription I dropped off 3 hours earlier!

Just left this Walmart. Kathy the cashier was putting 3 items per bag. When I asked her if she could please fill them up, she responnded with, "They will be too heavy" I told her that they wouldn't be too heavy for me, I am more than capable of carrying the weight. When she still only put 3 items. I starting pulling them out to make the bags heavy. When I emptied one bag and put it back on the hooks, she grabbed it and threw it in the trash can. I am not happy with her aggressive attitude. I only wanted to save the environment by using less plastic. I'm here visiting, I normally have my own bags. Id rather not bring home 8 plastic bags for only a few items. Please, if a customer is asking for less plastic, please do so

No one will answer the phone if you lose your prescription number....or you will be put on hold for 5 minutes then call back and immediately get some one.
