Bought groceries at Walmart. looked for Styrofoam cooler to transport frozen groceries. Asked three different people where they were located. None could help. I traversed the store three times. Finally in sporting goods I encountered the first employee I had encountered but he was more interested in his phone conversation. This time and 15 minutes later, I found him again and he told me he would look in the stock room. I waited and waited and waited and waited. Finally I walked back to the stock room. I asked another man if he could find Marco. He never came back. Standing out side the stock room doors, Marco appeared, but not out of the stockroom, but the men's room. No cooler. Found the cooler outside the liquor store.

We found everything on my shopping list. Everything was well stocked. The fruits and vegetables were fresh. We were surprised at the low price of avocados. Self check out was not busy so it didn't take long to check out.

The store is fine, I would even give it 5 stars. Well stocked and nice offerings. However many of the employees seem reeeeally miserable. Even the young gal in customer service. Just woefully unhappy. Looks like someone stripped the joy from her soul. I tried to lift her spirits and she got a bit offended that I asked how her day was going. 😬Your leadership team might want to consider doing some secret shopping and morale boosting so the crew is a little bit more pleasant. I’m saying all that…high five for the greeter in the cape. She is always lovely and welcoming.
