I am a regular customer at your store, but I recently had a very disappointing experience. I faced a small emergency and urgently needed to use a phone. The two associates present were not only dismissive, but they also claimed that the store and they themselves did not have a phone, which I find hard to believe. Their behavior was rude and unhelpful in a situation where I needed assistance. As a loyal customer, I expected better treatment and will reconsider visiting your store in the future. I hope they never are in a situation of need and find someone like themselves refusing to help.

This is the most pathetic store I’ve ever been to. No food out not drinks working. No bathroom working. Then the person at the counter is rude. I thought when the bathroom is down the store has to close due to the LAW! This store is sickening

It's been more than a year since I've been here and the bathrooms are never served, it seems like they only want it for themselves, the cashiers are very rude, racist and arrogant, they are always in a bad mood, I once heard one of them yell at a defenseless Latino who never told him He said nothing, the place is always very dirty

I will be contacting corporate when I’m done I just left there I will never go back . The woman at the register acted like trash you can tell she will never have a professional Job I am a business owner of a nonprofit organization I went in there this morning to grab coffee creamer as I was in there Ike admired a woman that was in a rain coat and she was an older lady night I just was like oh you know that poor woman she has a safe drive out there in the rain that was the comment I made to someone else she proceeded to join in my conversation and talk poorly about the woman a woman who just was there shopping at the establishment and possibly a homeless woman and to be so inconsiderate and rude and then to address how I am looking because I came in my bathrobe because I justGot done dropping my daughter off at school and I have to go get ready for a real business job unlike this young lady who sits there and badgers customers she called me names she came at me for how I looked she came out another woman that is disgraceful and disgusting and I hope that you guys lose business because of having poor employees who have no consideration for other humans it’s disgusting how that employee acted and I will be contacting corporate when I’m done with that I hope you guys have a good day because I will never shop at any of the 7-Eleven ever again because of you guys and I’m gonna make sure to inform corporate of that because that’s the employees 7-Eleven has that’s the employees that are helping guest in case she failed to realize she works at a gas station and she did look disgusting she didn’t even have a good presentation of how she should dress appropriately her hair was looking like a slob How in the world you allow employees to work like that there is beyond me

In this 7 eleven they deny you entry to the bathroom, they say they don't have one, I don't understand a public establishment that doesn't have a bathroom. I asked several times to be sure and they simply told me THERE IS NO BATHROOM..
