The last few times we've had to stop here it's never an easy transaction. I enter the phone number for the rewards, run my card, it tells us it was canceled at the very end. Tried multiple times, kept saying it was canceled. Different days, different pumps, different cards, and when you go inside they tell you that you can't use your rewards for gas when you pay inside....can only use the rewards when you pay at the pump, but you can never pay at the pump....makes sense. Which 11 cents off gas right now is alot considering the prices, but you can't ever use it at this location.

It's frustrating when tech hiccups disrupt the fueling process. Hopefully, they sort out the pump printer soon for a smoother experience!

You always have to be worried when you have a place that has food items that they serve and they do not have any toilet paper, paper towels nor any soap in their men's bathroom. The message that sends to me about the cleanliness of the people working behind the counter is troubling to say the least. This is America Not a third world country that doesn't even have clean water and sewage systems.

There was a Arabic or Hispanic guy working there at around 240ish as a cashierwho was making fun of someone who had a hearing loss by playing around with how he was telling him what pump gas to put gas in I was able to understand what the guy was telling the cashier and I find that very rude and he should be fired for that I'm surprised the guy didn't contact the manager of the store about it

7-eleven please train your representatives to do Manual credit payments. In case of emergencies when a customer has lost his wallet , the customer should have the right to enter his credit card information manually. I had my id and complete verification on a capital one app. This was in a dire situation. I hope we can improve this for the benefit of profits and of the well-being of all AMERICAN CITIZENS.

Every time I stop here the store is dirty and the bathrooms are always disgusting! ! Such a shame this gas station is in a nice area, across from Gulf Harbor/ half a million dollar homes and it’s as dirty as it is!

I drive lyft. Had 2 girls almost beg me to stop so they could get water. So I did it was 3am and when the girls got put of my car, the girl locked the door. This happened 7 11 ironically.
