  On November 3rd, on my way to drop a friend at the airport, I stopped to add air to a tire. After three attempts (paying each time), the air hose drained ALL the air out of my tire. When I told the two clerks working at the register, they just shrugged. Then another customer said he had a compressor, but the clerks refused to let him plug it in a store outlet. Really?? This location's air pump caused my flat tire, and its employees refused to help. Not only did it cost me for air I didn't get, but for a service truck, and my friend missing her flight. I am still beyond furious. This location is the worst!
  
  Edit: 711 customer service contacted me to respond to an email they sent asking for more information... I replied several times, only to have my response bounce back as undeliverable. I can only guess as to why. 😡

  Never have receipt paper at the pumps, you have to wait in line to get a receipt, and when you tell the cashier, they look at you like you have three heads and rudely tell you it's not my job man, never buying gas there again the help sucks

  Toilets haven’t been cleaned in weeks when mentioned said they would get to it. Come back next day and it’s the same. Drinks on the big gulp machine are out and they said they fixed it when they didn’t and told me it’s not there problem there going home for the day and to talk to someone else. Requested manager and there was no manager on site

  Bought gas from this location recently and had my card information stolen and then used at the Riverdale Publix north of Buckingham. This is now the second time I've had my card information stolen after using a 7/11 gas station in this area. Management has to be complicit and/or negligent for not checking for skimmers on their pumps.

  Bad customer services experienced.Today I went there to buy a scratch ticket. I asked the cashier for a ticket nicely and she replied” don’t know I don’t play them. I replied can you check she raised her voice on me by saying I told you I don’t play them how should I know. I said to her that if a customers asked you for a product either you have it or you don’t . By saying I don’t know you don’t used them it kind of disrespectful. After that she forced me out by waiving at me and said to me bye bye go pump your gaz.

  Do NOT use a credit card at the pump, inside, or at the atm. Multiple ppl have had their card information stolen inside and outside. At this point management has to be complicit

  One of the cashiers is extremely hostile to customers. It is no wonder why the window “now hiring” sign is up year-round.I advise anyone to go anywhere else.

  Their service is bad, this is the 3rd time I have bought there. They throw away the pizzas, they make a bad face, they don't know what horrible customer service is. I give it one star because it's the least I can give it because for me. I wouldn't give him one!

  The car wash is a ripoff— It takes your money- then doesn’t work- you have to drive through it to get out- I go into the store to report it & the clerk thought I was lying -as it just worked & I drive thru it!I showed her my charge receipt & she said she would give me a free wash— I saidit’s NOT freeI paid $12.00- No she was done- I was not going to argue— Just warn others— DO NOT GO THERE
