I came to this gas station today and one of the two employees who were serving me mistreated me 3 times in a row just for fun just because the machine didn't light up when I put in the card and therefore it wouldn't charge me and she insulted me three times in a row in front of all the customers, after the third mistreatment I told her not to talk to me anymore so that she could calm down because I was a customer and she told me that she wasn't going to serve me now and that I had to leave without buying anything to which I replied that no that I was a customer and that she had to serve me and the other clerk intervened and told her that she was going to serve me and the one who was serving me told her noooo that no one was going to serve me that I had to leave without buying to which I replied that I am a customer that I have my rights and that they should call me a manager they didn't want to call me the manager and when I asked her name she told me that her name was Maria and when I asked her last name she told me that her name was Maria picazón (itching in English) she told picazón in Spanish literally like that, thank God at that moment the manager arrived to whom I explained everything that was happening and she apologized to me she told me that it is not the first time that she is like that but I do not understand why they do not fire her she called the employee who told me her name was Maria she called her Jennifer. I really think that that lady can not work at that gas station with that bad character on my way I thought that in this great country a person could mistreat a client like she did to me I am not going to rest until someone really big finds out about the shame that this woman went through. The manager help me at the end but I thing the manager need to be more strict with the employees , I will never comeback any more if that lady is there .

Very rude today with my friend 😒 today 2 ladys working there, when she ask what is your name she said maria picazon, picason le hubiera dado yo por su cabeza, In front other customers. And when she talk with the manager is double frustration because nothing happen . Omg poor 🇺🇸 with those people like don't have 0 costumer services and manager like don't doing nothing.

I came in here today to buy my lunch. A simple grill press sandwich. One of my frustrations when ordering this sandwich, is how infrequently the associates offer to press the sandwich, instead forcing me to have to ask. Sure enough, the sales associate tried to put the sandwich in the bag without offering to press it. I tried to address this with the manager, Dana, who told me I didn't give the girl a chance, even though it was already in the bag. When I pointed this out, instead of apologizing she doubled down and told me I was wrong because some people don't like it that way. I was simply trying to make sure a policy was followed, as I used to manage a 7-Eleven, myself. While overall, I think the associate made a minor error that could easily be corrected, Dana's rude and lazy handling of the situation is what earned them a Google
Review. I highly encourage the owner to reach out to me, so we can handle this like adults and we can get rid of this review.

The tire air machine doesn't work and the employees are borderline rude. I tried twice to put air in my tires. Paid $2.50 twice. Finally realized when it beeped it wasn't because the PSI had been reached but that it was displaying "error" on the screen. Hadn't been watching during the first round of course. BTW, there is a trash can right next to the pump and it reeks to high heaven. It's disgusting and should really be located somewhere else. So I went inside to let staff know and ask for a refund. The first employee was clueless and brought out the manager who didn't seem to care and just told me to call the 800 number on the machine. I went home and purchased my own pump that I will keep in my car from now on.

The manager today at 12 was absolutely rude and screamed at me in front of my niece without any reason. Check the footage, I recommend her to take a course on customer services.

Quite literally the cleanest restroom of any 7-11 I've ever been in. Clean, well organized store. Management and employees doing a great job here!

Jenny is not professional at all with the way she works I mean she talks bad about a co worker in Spanish as she's working with the poor young lady I'm glade she made her complain I would have to no one should have to show up at work and have to deal with someone so rude as her hopes he didn't understand a work she said about her .Cheyenne should get a raise for dealing with that and great service and was very patient with me on my wheel chair even opened the door for me with a busy line kudos to this young woman
