The tire air machine doesn't work and the employees are borderline rude. I tried twice to put air in my tires. Paid $2.50 twice. Finally realized when it beeped it wasn't because the PSI had been reached but that it was displaying "error" on the screen. Hadn't been watching during the first round of course. BTW, there is a trash can right next to the pump and it reeks to high heaven. It's disgusting and should really be located somewhere else. So I went inside to let staff know and ask for a refund. The first employee was clueless and brought out the manager who didn't seem to care and just told me to call the 800 number on the machine. I went home and purchased my own pump that I will keep in my car from now on.

The manager today at 12 was absolutely rude and screamed at me in front of my niece without any reason. Check the footage, I recommend her to take a course on customer services.

Quite literally the cleanest restroom of any 7-11 I've ever been in. Clean, well organized store. Management and employees doing a great job here!

Jenny is not professional at all with the way she works I mean she talks bad about a co worker in Spanish as she's working with the poor young lady I'm glade she made her complain I would have to no one should have to show up at work and have to deal with someone so rude as her hopes he didn't understand a work she said about her .Cheyenne should get a raise for dealing with that and great service and was very patient with me on my wheel chair even opened the door for me with a busy line kudos to this young woman

Horrible customer service, all I did was ask for a bag and the older lady which I didn't ask her name rudely said in front of other customers "You need a bag?? Really you need a bag??" She threw one on the counter and laughed an she didn't even bag my items. I asked politely and even said please and in return I get treated like I don't matter. I really don't appreciate how rude your employees are and they definitely need an attitude adjustment. I rather not come to this 711 at all anymore. You lost me as a customer, I'll just go to the circle k down the road because they're never rude to me and actually respect my business. This store needs to fix their issues before I ever come back.

Hugo and Eddie! So nice and when I go in after work (usually around 1230am) the store is always clean and Hugo and Eddie always chit chat with me. Give them a raise! Great customer service and clean bathrooms!

Staff refuses to cook any food after about 2 or 3. They have phone conversations on shift and if they're interrupted get rude. I mean its ridiculous a franchise store is being operated like a privately owned 711 step your game up
