I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with the treatment I received today, July 2, 2025, at 8:18 PM, at your establishment. The bald man who was in charge at the time behaved in a completely unacceptable manner: he yelled at me, verbally mistreated my grandchildren (who are only 9, 8, and 6 years old), and told me to leave the store because he wanted to close.
This kind of customer service is truly disappointing and leaves a very negative impression. I understand that we all can have bad days, but nothing justifies disrespect or mistreatment—especially toward small children.
I hope you will take appropriate action, whether by providing proper customer service training or evaluating whether this individual is suitable to represent your business. I would appreciate a response explaining how you plan to address this situation.

I believe the gentleman with the red hair is a manager? You really should consider either sending him for customer service training or just replacing him, which would be my first choice. The other employees are all wonderful!!

I took money out of the ATM and 4 days later there was a chargeback for the same amount from the ATM merchant. $400 was stolen from me!!!

They're good for hot foods from time to time but they usually leave them on their longer than they're supposed to be. Great selection of food and drinks though

Normally stop here on my trips across the state. But never again. The person working on Sept 8 was such an angry and, in my opinion, lazy and unhelpful person. A little old lady was having problems with a gas pump. The employee came outside, waived his arms around, and went back inside. The lady asked me to have him go outside to help her, so I did. This person starts yelling at me that he is all alone and he didnt have the time to help her -- what customer service. I told the lady that help would not be arriving (I'm 100% disabled). Instead of loading up on drinks and snacks for the 5-hour drive, I got in my car left. There are several places on SR31 to get gas and shop at.

I like this 7-11! Clerks are always attentive & polite. I've never found them talking on their phones like in many other convenience stores. It's also very clean & it's always calm-like every time I visit this store!

Horrible staff. The owners picked this staff like the rotten core of apples from a barrel, except for the overnight Haitian girl and the overnight white dude. Most notable to watch out is the young thug that looks like a fake Travis Scott...one word he is slick so be careful...

Please train your supervisors to use your payment software. Just spoke a supervisor here and told me she was not trained to make a manual payment! Awful service !
