Horrible staff. The owners picked this staff like the rotten core of apples from a barrel, except for the overnight Haitian girl and the overnight white dude. Most notable to watch out is the young thug that looks like a fake Travis Scott...one word he is slick so be careful...

SLOWEST pumps we've ever encountered!!! It took three or four times longer than any other pump we've ever used to put gas in our tank.

Please train your supervisors to use your payment software. Just spoke a supervisor here and told me she was not trained to make a manual payment! Awful service !

Today the merchant billed an additional $175.00 holding fee for $30.00 of gas on my credit. I got a fraud alert from my credit card company. It's straightened out now, but I will not get gas here again. Save yourself the problems.

I come here every morning and I noticed I’ve been getting charged double for one item, I wonder how long they’ve been doing that… this is the second day in a row where I noticed it, like come on it’s not rocket science wonder how much money has been taken from me.

I paid for a car wash at the pump. After filling up, I noticed that the car wash had cones blocking the entrance. I went into the store and asked when the car wash would be open. The manager said hopefully later today. I stated that I was visiting Ft. Myers and was on my way north, so I would like a refund for the car wash. The manager refused and said it was "illegal" to refund me. I stated that it was illegal to charge for a service that you cannot provide. The Manager still refused to refund my money, so I walked out. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Never will go there again!

This is the one with car wash near Publix at Verandah. 11891 PALM BEACH BLVD Fort Myers FL 33905.Did you know that the car wash receipt EXPIRES?I didn't and it was too crowded to use the day I paid for it. Went back to store with receipt and asked for a new code. John the manager was rude and refused. I have been going there for years with three cars for gas and car washes and other items in store. Why treat customers so rudely? Why have a paid for service expire at all? The code should work until it is used. There is no notice at point of sale that what you are buying expires. Assumption must be that you are stealing car washes I guess. They just lost a loyal regular customer over a paid for and un-used car wash. Not too smart if you want your business to grow and succeed.

Horrible service the attendant Asia had a horrible attitude nasty long nail whipping nose with no gloves es. I order 6 egg rolls the gave me 6 burritos. It was horrible both clerks acted as if the customers where a burden and did not offer a pleasant experience. Dont recommend the health department should pay them a visit.

Our first time using this car wash. No markings for entering bay until you are right at the brushes. With water covering window hard to see where to go. When we realized we were too far to the left machines started and there was no escape. Front left bumper and wheel damaged. Manager said this has happened before and insurance would take care of damages. Well NO they didn't. Said nothing wrong with their equipment. Just beware!!

Walked in as a customer one day and haven't been there in years at this point, and didn't like much about considering I didn't really have a good experience couple times prior to trying this: so I decided to try it out and go in, and to my surprise, everyone including the staff and managers were so respectful and helpful and had such an amazing attitude toward helping with everything I needed in store, I had such an amazing experience there, I asked the manager for a job, it's been almost 6 months now sense then and I love every minute of it, with a great staff and great people including myself as well to help you find what you need, also great food and other items and reasonable prices, what's not to love? So stop in today and let one of our caring and helpful team members including myself as well to assist you in getting everything you need with excellent customer service that makes you want to come back again and again.
