Highly recommend!!!!Drove 40 minutes out of my way because they have always gotten me in immediately.Whether it's a big semi truck or my personal car, I never felt they were trying to rip me off.The "Big" Tire companies seem to never want to do repairs, just sell you tires. This place is Fast, fair and honorable. They have my business for life.Bonus...I see guys working here that I've seen years ago. So their employees seem to want to be here too.Love A-Expert, and you will too!

These guys snapped my roommates’ favorite fishing pole(of 8 years). He confronted them about it, they denied it so he went to the owner. The owner refused to do anything about so here I am. Bad and very unprofessional business. I have multiple cars/ trucks/ friends and “Expert Tire” will not get any of their business. Too bad

Horrendous service . kids there have no respect for customers vehicles and do half ass job doing simple maintenance tasks. if you actualy care about your vehicle then I would recommend taking your vehicle to anywhere else but here or pay a homeless person in downtown Fort Myers to complete such simple car maintenance/task. One star is given just due to the Fact they showed me WHERE NOT TO TAKE MY CAR .

Amazing experience! Highly professional! Wonderful people! Carlos was wonderful and the management people are such a pleasant to work with. Highly recommended!Audi A5 2018 - loss tire pressure because of a small nail. No tire shop agreed to fix it due to liability. Brought it to A Expert Tire, they fixed it in 30 mins. Costed me about $35. That was in Spring. This morning, about 6 months later, same loss of pressure in the same tire, brought it back to A Expert Tire. Carlos fixed it again. They did not even charged me this time. Thank you so much!

As a customer of "A Expert Tire" since 2018 after moving to Florida, I initially appreciated "A Expert's" reasonable prices and easy appointment booking. However, my experiences have highlighted significant issues that have led me to stop doing business with them, and I believe others should be aware of these shortcomings.Quality of Service: My recent visit on 8/4/2023 for a tire swap on my 2021 Toyota Tacoma resulted in malfunctioning tire pressure sensors (TPMS). Despite contacting Scott Kitzinger, the owner, and returning for inspection, the responses from their employees (3 different employees) ranged from blaming my truck to suggesting battery replacement for sensors (The truck is less than 4 years old). These issues were not present prior to visiting "A Expert," making their service quality questionable.Professionalism 1/5 : While their pricing might seem reasonable, professionalism is sorely lacking. In a past incident, they installed the wrong tires on my 2006 Passat back in 2020. More recently (8/4/2023), the TPMS issue was left unresolved, and I received no assistance despite their error in causing the problem.Ethics: I ended up paying $665.57 for repairs that Toyota fixed within 30 minutes—while it took "A Expert" 1.5 hours to not resolve my TPMS issue. I presented the damaged TPMS sensors and repair invoice, but Scott's response was "I'm not paying that." - because I didn't have them fix them (After bringing my vehicle back in for them to attempt to fix) Their refusal to take responsibility for their mistake and their dismissive attitude raised ethical concerns.Overall: I must strongly advise against choosing "A Expert Tire." Their service quality falls short, they evade responsibility for their mistakes, and they lack ethical customer care. Due to their unresolved issues, From here we will be pursuing legal action to resolve these issues civilly .Rating: ⭐ (1 star only for pricing)

Walk in appointment today for two new tires had me in and out within 30-45 minutes. The worker at front desk was attentive and I was charged about $150 less than other shops were quoting over the phone. Will definitely come back
