If I could give zero stars I would. The only reason why I came to the Fort Myers location because Google said the one in Cape coral wasn't open since the hurricane. I called and asked to return a bed. The lady gave me such a hard time! I asked if they had a window to provide that was under 3 hours and she put me on hold. When she came back she said the window is 11am-3pm or 3pm-6pm. I said okay well I am unable to do that since I work two jobs and I would need a smaller window. I asked if I could bring it in myself and she put me on hold to come back and stays the policy is they would have to come to my home to inspect the bed. Okay, is there anyway I could call the day of after the drivers route was made to see if I could have a smaller window of arrival. She proceeds to tell me the window again. I then asked could they give me a courtesy call before coming and she tells me the manager will call me.I spoke with waren and I managed to arrange time for Tuesday after 4:30 and he assured they would call before coming. Easy, why was that so difficult to begin with...?On Friday I believe, The same lady calls me, left a voicemail, I call back and spoke with another lady. She stated they were calling for payment. I informed her I am returning the bed that I am not using it. She put me on hold and came back to confirm pick up on Tuesday and said she would put a note on the account of no payment returning the bed.Now its tuesday and the lady I spoke to original calls me and asked about my payment. I informed her I am not paying because I am returning the bed and on the schedule Today. She says oh yeah well we lost a driver and have no one to pick it up. I laughed and asked if she was f***ing kidding i already struggled with yall and my schedule because i work two jobs. She asked to reschedule and I hung up. SHE CALLS TWO MORE TIMES FOR A PAYMENT!!!!! For real!?!?! I reminded her who i was she laughs and said I tried calling you and I hung up. I am not happy with the bed and definitely not happy with dominque aaa or whatever her name is which I believe it's her name but only assuming because only time her name was said was on the voicemail. I will not do business here again. I want the bed gone!!!!!

Called today @ 12 o’clock to purchase a full bedroom set, front desk lady has a poor attitude as usual, very unprofessional, seems like I’m bothering her by calling this place has gone downhill, if you don’t like your job then apply somewhere else would highly not recommend coming here.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.I purchased a Samsung washer and dryer set.... After waiting almost a month for their arrival the dryer didn't work. I was given a rental and once installed, that one didn't work either. The manager Warren told us that unfortunately it meant that the dryers power outlet wasn't strong enough for the unit. Which is 100% Our fault.To save the deal, Warren the manager promised me that rather than returning the units, he would find us a stackable unit that we would be able to use in our home as long as we still made our payments that were required until the unit arrived. The day came that my first payment was due and I still made the payment per my verbal agreement with warren..... The following month came and went, still with no stackable unit. I reached out to inquire to no prevail. Warren claimed to still have not been able to find one amongst the several companies they partner with. Fast forward two payment due dates, still no stackable unit. I of course stopped paying the units as I could NOT use them and figured id bring it current upon the arrival of the stackable. Warren had several people post notices on my front AND back door knowing full well the situation and that he didn't hold up his end of the deal. I was then told (By Warren) that id get no refund what so ever. I then spoke to corporate and they finally agreed to give me one. The day came they were supposed to come pick it up and to no surprise the drivers showed up without my refund after going back and forth expressing that I would not be returning the units until my money was returned for several months. I called Warren at the store and he tells me he is going to send someone with the cash and that it was only a 13 minute drive. AN HOUR LATER a man named Jose Rodrigues comes out of his car trying to sell us another unit obviously not fully aware of the situation. When I declined he became very defensive yelling how I "Owe him money" for something that again, I could not use and in fact tried to return the moment it didn't work. That's not to mention laundry matt expenses I still had to pay. He not only showed up in an extremely unprofessional manner but he showed up with only part of my refund. I informed him of the correct amount and proceeded to show him the email promising the full amount cash that came directly from corporate. For the entirety of his time spent outside my home he was very rude, belligerent, and uninformed. I wouldn't recommend Aarons to my worst enemy as they have extremely low ethical standards and have zero regard for their mannerisms.

Information is power here I've been waiting 2 weeks on a belt that I thought was going to get fixed and then they told me two weeks later whamma we don't fix that because of wear and tear information is power now you just screwed me on my freaking grass because its growing.i could had thay fixed two weeks ago.no mechanic called nothing. Would have been nice to know that you didn't fix that and I've already talked to Aaron's Representatives that could have told me that two weeks ago. Prior planning prevents piss poor performance?who is gonna cut my grass for lack of information.guess im gonna take the bullet for that one.

Had a great experience with Giovanni! He took his time to make sure we understood all of the options, gave us great deals and was extremely patient with us and all of our questions! I look forward to continuing to do business with Giovanni at this location!

If I could give no stars I would. Most the staff is very unprofessional! Especially the manager Phil! He speaks to his customers in any tone, speaks over them, and has zero understanding when it comes to the regards of his customers! Then to top it all off he goes back and forth with you word for word when there’s a issue with their system! I waited for a delivery for over 4 hours even called in between times to check on the delivery and was told the truck was out for delivery. After waiting and waiting I called and was told the store called me which I did not receive a call and had a whole debate over the phone with the manager instead of him trying to fix the issue he made it worst! It’s so disgusting the way he handles his customers and his profession!

Since I've been getting invitations in the mail and 7/17 tomorrow is my birthday, I decided to shop for a birthday gift for myself and my place. Low and behold I found a great living room set on sale. I always shop at Aaron's for a cash price deal and I'm never disappointed. The General Manager was very friendly and helpful to accommodate my needs and arranged for delivery. Thanks for your assistance ?

I have been a customer for a year and half now at the store of Cleveland Avenue in Fort Myers. I want to give a complement to Lucas for his friendliness and I want to give the biggest compliment to Janet. She is amazing!! I just love her bubbly personality and kindness!! Anytime I’ve ever had an issue, Janet has tended to me needs and reconciled my differences immediately. I highly recommend this store!
