We could have never imagined the attachments that would have developed between our daughter and her wonderful teachers. Every morning at drop-off and every afternoon at pick-up, the genuine love from the teachers overflows. It warms this mama’s heart to know her baby will be so loved when she can’t be there. Our daughter has always been so happy for me to hand her over to Miss Josy or Miss Olga upon arrival. She has never given me a hard time or shed a tear about leaving her. This speaks volumes. We can’t express how much we appreciate and value the care you have provided over the first 2 years of our daughter's life.

This establishment has no business allowing grown adults to watch children when children themselves can do a better job at keeping each other company. I'm writing this as an outsider looking. When they allow the children to escape, and are seen wandering the neighborhood, I can tell you that this establishment is nowhere near equipped to handle anyone, particularly children.

business wise my kid had been their since February and I’ve paid every week with no problem. And made sure he was signed up for the summer program . So come a few weeks before the program he has to go see his grandmother for a couple week before the summer starts and they expect me to pay them 120$ a week while my kid is in another state. To supposedly keep his spot for the summer program. Long story short why would I pay for something he’s not going to . Especially when I already had him signed up for the summer program. Which is completely separate. If he’s already signed up what does the current program have to do with that. It’s separate he’s already signed up he will be back in a couple weeks. But no you have to pay for him not being here to be able to have him in the summer program!!! Not acceptable in my book. Looks like he will be going to a different program.

My children have been attending the past year was happy, until they hired a new lady Andreya she is terrible with the children & parents. Thinks she is above all the teachers who have been there we will be looking to make a change soon!

They seem to overload their staff in their VPK room. My child was hit in the head with a wiffleball bat and got a knot on his head and was crying, the teachers A)didn't notice B)didn't call a parent C) didn't create an incident report. When I spoke with the teacher she victim blamed my child. Additionally concerning is that there is no conspicuously posted notices of illness when there are children that are found to have contagious illnesses. The teacher said they weren't posted, the director said they were, when I drop off I look for them and see them nowhere. The teachers are kind, their demeanor is nice, and they seam to have a good structure with the children.Long story short, limited supervision and compliance.

The place it's okay.I give them only 3 starts because they do not accept children who do not have current immunization or have religious exemption.

We have family that have their kids at ABC Learning Center and thought we would give them a try. I have to honestly say, it was the best choice made. My daughter was able to adjust quickly as the teachers were very helpful and caring with her. The staff is amazing, the facility is clean and well managed. It’s hard to find a childcare facility that is more than just a daycare. ABC Learning Center is more than just a childcare facility, everyone is like family; From the staff to the kids along with the parents. It’s wonderful how everyone is all involved. Overall, I am very satisfied with ABC Learning Center and will highly recommend them to everyone.

I am a first time mother who had a list of questions and concerns prior to sending our son to daycare. Miss Sarah was so patient with me while I reviewed my list with her over the phone prior to even meeting her. Miss Nancy is always very attentive to our son during morning drop-off and creates a warm, welcoming environment. Miss Jessica and Miss Fernanda are so sweet and never fail to greet us with a smile. We appreciate everyone at ABC Learning Center for their hard work, dedication, and love for our child.

I will start off by saying I am for sure one of those CRAZY, HELICOPTER, moms. I am over the top when it comes to my daughter. My daughter was 1 when we started looking for daycare. I toured almost EVERY daycare in Lee County. None of them sat right with me, as soon as I walked in the other daycare's, I was ready to walk right out! As soon as I walked into ABC I knew I had this gut instinct. They showed me around and answered every single one of my 1684131685131 thousand questions I had. In the beginning of her going I would show up randomly and watched my daughter. I'd call 100 times a day! They never sounded annoyed to answer my questions. If anything happened, if she scratched herself, or even got her shirt dirty, whatever the case it was written on paper and brought to my attention to sign off that I was aware as soon as I got there. My daughter learned how to walk, talk, shapes, counting, using the potty! She is now 3 and we are still loving it even more to this day! I know my daughter is well taken care of and loved by all the teachers. I still to this day call and check on her and ask that they send me pictures! I 100% recommend! If you want your child to feel as they are with family while you're working or whatever the case may be then this is the daycare for you. :)k

Absolutely love every single staff member at this daycare! Not only did they have my children and I feel welcomed with open arms, you can feel the unconditional love. My oldest daughter started here at 1 and my youngest started just shy of 2 months old. The education, support, and love we received the whole time they attended was above and beyond expectations. I highly recommend this facility to anyone. I am sad to see my children grow and have to move on with their education but we will be sure to pop by and visit.

My son started at ABC Learning Center in February going part time and we have had a great overall experience. All of the staff are friendly and very welcoming, his second day they all knew his name and said hello when we walked by! He is now in the 2 year old room with Ms Jody, she is awesome and has been instrumental with continuing his potty training. I am always amazed at how much he is learning there, colors, body parts, animals and their sounds, types of trucks, right and left, and even recognizes some numbers! It is nice that I can switch the days I take him in ( just tell them or call time the day before) and there is not a set time to drop off and pick up which is nice for my schedule which is different every day. They also have a good nutrition program, so I don't have to pack his food every day. I would recommend taking a tour if you are looking for a daycare!

Picking a place to take care of your children is not an easy task! The staff is like a second family and take care of them like they were taking care of one of their own children. I would recommend ABC They provide a nurturing and fun environment for children and have a staff that truly is wonderful at what they do.Melvin Maldonado
