If I could leave zero stars for the Fort Myers location I would. Showed up to the office at 12:40 and the door was locked even though they close at 3 on Saturday. I called and was rerouted to an office in Port Orange as the Fort Myers office was not accepting calls. The employee was visibly at the desk playing on her phone with the door locked. Unacceptable. Luckily the rep from Port Orange was extremely helpful and was able to assist me over the phone

Where's Insurance Company at every dead? With if you get in the car accident and you need a rental car, they will not pay for it's at a pocket expense. And they will reimburse you. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with. Any Car Insurance company do not go with them. Cassie is extremely novel either is christina the manager

Hector Fernandez saved me as a customer if 5 years today! After a rude call with a representative I called back and was greeted by Hector, who understood what customer service truly meant! He listened, found a resolve, and apologized for the treatment I initially received. I was one click from accepting terms from another insurance company.. I was very nervous about my insurance canceling and could not get ahold of a branch closer to where I am, but every time I've called this specific branch I've spoke to Lucy who was so kind understanding and helpful. I don't often take the time to leave reviews but she deserves a special shout out for how professional and helpful she was to me last week! She found me an affordable policy that works well for what I need and it was all in under 10 minutes start to finish. Very happy with my experience here!

Got a quote online, arrived in person to finish out getting insurance on the car I just bought. Hector was attentive & fast.saved me a few extra bucks and I was in and out in 15 minutes! Definitely recommend Hector & the Acceptance Insurance team for anyone's car insurance needs.

Hector is great and assured me their nightmare Phone Service was Revamped. They threw ( corporate)A Tissy Fit over My Ex and I both using them on separate policy's.I'd recommended Them to her (We Are still Great Friends and Roommates) and We were bundled together with great deal on three cars...Then she was in an At-Fault Accident..! Be Warned; It not only affected her rate but My perfect Driving Record shows at Fault also..That was a different company but it follows! They made me Get a New Subscription after I swore I lived At different address ( just kept that as mailing) partially Tru.I dropped them when they tried that again!Found about equivalentGood Rates though
