I wish to express my profound disappointment regarding the billing practices of Access Medical South. My experience with the company has regrettably been marred by an extremely untimely and unprofessional approach to billing.Approximately eight months ago, I availed myself of Access Medical South's services. During this time, I received satisfactory service, and no issues were raised concerning payment or billing. However, my dismay was palpable upon receiving a bill for these services almost a year after their provision.The delay in billing not only caught me off guard but also created a notable inconvenience. It is unrealistic to expect customers to retain records and allocate financial resources for services rendered such a long time ago. The delayed billing not only demonstrates a lack of professionalism but also an absence of transparency and fairness in the company's operations.In my attempt to address this issue, I contacted Access Medical South's customer service department. Unfortunately, the response I received was characterized by a lack of empathy and understanding. The representative with whom I interacted displayed minimal willingness to engage in a constructive dialogue regarding my concerns, prioritizing payment over addressing my grievances.I urge potential clients to exercise caution when considering a business relationship with Access Medical South. Their billing practices not only exude unprofessionalism but also undermine the essential trust between a company and its customers. Regrettably, my experience with this company has left a palpable sense of disappointment and a compromised sense of trust. I am compelled to explore alternative service providers in the future, and I shall be diligently apprising my acquaintances of this unfortunate experience to ensure they are informed and cautious in their interactions with Access Medical South.

This place is absolutely horrible. Never send me my supplies even though I’m supposed to be automatic shipment. Then I call and ask why I don’t get them and they say it’s because I didn’t answer a phone call which I never received.

I have worked with this company for over a year. I have found there to be a lot of miscommunication and at times very poor customer service. I was told my supplies would be sent automatically every 3 months starting in April 2023 and I would no longer have to receive automated calls to confirm if I needed the supples. Figured that’s what was happening since I don’t get automated calls from them anymore. I called today and was told that’s not how it works. News to me. I am very confused as to why I am told different things by different staff. I have had more negative than positive interactions with this establishment. Todays is just the most recent that made me finally decide to leave a review. I also find when I have an issue, if I call back after speaking to someone, they send me to voicemail after one ring. I am thankful I am well, but worry for the person in poor health to working with this company given how difficult it is to get accurate and consistent communication.

Discharged from Gulf Coast Hospital on Saturday and received equipment on Wednesday. Five days without mobility! This is not a way to conduct business! The delivery person was kind.

The most unethical company. Beware. They have my mothers Medicare and insurance info. However they refuse to tell me how much a hospital bed rental will cost is monthly… until they put the bed in my home. Yet I would have to sign a contract to pay for cost of goods with out knowing the price. That doesn’t seem legal. I’ll find another company that does business honestly.

LIARS !!‼️. I stated emphatically if the item is not covered by Medicare and supplemental plan “F” , I DON’T WANT IT ‼️. She responded, don’t worry it is 100% free. I just got an invoice bill in the mail today. Good thing I recorded the phone conversation. Even still, I will have to jump through many hoops, to protect my excellent credit rating.

terrible business. Promise to deliver medical equipment for patients in dire need and then do not follow through. And good luck getting them on the phone. Why Lee Health uses them is beyond me.

It's impossible to get them to answer the phone. When they do they say they have to get someone to call you back, and the call never comes. The website address they give you to pay online never works either. It's like they don't want the money or something.

If I use the automated phone service to request cpap supplies, the correct items arrive quickly. If I try speaking to a person to explain a special situation, they do not listen. It's as if someone just grabs supplies at random and tosses them in a package. Often, I am told the person who can resolve a concern is not in. Many of the employees who answer the phone seem confused, as if I am asking about some exotic curio from a foreign land. I am glad to have found an alternative.

I was out of my home town and all I needed was a clip for my head gear They wouldn’t help me they said I needed a Prescription. Then the woman said they are saving supplies for their CustomersThanks

I have never had a problem receiving my CPAP supplies. They have always been polite and my supplies come within a couple of days of my order. I had a surgery that hindered the use of my normal CPAP mask and they came to the house to help me find an alternative. I have healed and will be recieving my new supplies soon.

If there was anywhere else my insurance would let me get my supplies from, I would 1000% go there. Poor communication, every year tells me they did not get new MD orders, Every year turns off modem access for my MD even when he requests they leave it on, half the time I do not get the correct supplies and have to have them sent again. I have ended up buying my own supplies at full cost when I can to avoid dealing with them

Worst service! I’d give them a zero if I could. First we waited 4 hours at the hospital for a temporary oxygen tank. The tank wasn’t delivered with a key. Told us to call them back as soon as we got home so we could get a home tank delivered. They never showed up. Called in the morning and it’s been more than 2 hours and nothing. Meanwhile my brother is running out of oxygen. Still waiting…. I’ve called this office 4 times now with no results.
