I call John whenever I have any car issue..... he always ROCKS.... but this time, he is now my new favorite person of all time! My Mercedes lost her bumper, for no reason, it just fell off. I figured it would take a few weeks to get the parts and make the repair. I was THRILLED that it only took 2 days, looks as good as new, AND COST LESS THAN SOME OF MY MERCEDES OIL CHANGES, thank you so much

Always great customer service!! The mechanic is awesome. He helps you understand anything and discusses anything that is wrong while getting the job done in a timely manner. Definitely recommend anyone to come here.

Tried to sell me services that I didn't need, and parts/fixes that I had fixed/replaced within a years time, without offering warranty service (where I would have just paid labor). In hindsight, I should have been more diligent in my search for reputable mechanic. Buyer beware.

Blazing outside! Tire blew out. After 30 min of trying to get the spare tire off. I realized I didn’t have the right tools. Totally over heated. I walked to the nearest repair shop. Where I was greeted by John. He just said “pull it around”. So I slowly drove there to the back. John totally took care of me. And made light of the situation. Which was really cool I thought. He Got the tire on. And I offered to hit the ATM real quick and just said “don’t worry about it” I mean Wow! What a great guy! I saw some nice cars for sale there too. I’m gonna have to go back and check them out. Because after that. I feel confident That I wouldn’t get the run around over there.

They were great.. I called them last minute and the took me right away did a diagnosis on my car ordered the part right away and fixed my problem I was out of there in less than an hour. Thank you so much
