I just spoke to Jean of Ann Clark's State Farm Insurance office in Fort Myers, Florida. She was very helpful and friendly. She, as well as everyone in this office, have always been happy to answer all my questions and help me each time I call or stop by. I have been a customer of this office for many years and always appreciate their warm and friendly dispositions and helpful attitudes.

I can't say enough good things about working with Jean Little at the Ann Clark Agency. So was so very helpful when we had to take over the responsibility of managing and paying for both Auto and Homeowners Insurance for our aging father. We no longer live in the area but if we did our first call for insurance would be to Jean at the Ann Clark Agency.

Service is great. I have a bundle of coverages from State Farm a long time client. My Renter's insurance for our home in a flood zone A area has a Loss of Use and Losses due to power outages clauses. These coverages have, subject to policy deductible, served me well over the last 3 hurricanes. I recommend this Agent to all my neighbors.

On a random Tuesday morning, I had the privilege of speaking with "Sadie" in Ann Clark's office. Sadie's exceptional customer service went above and beyond, making me feel like I was a part of her family. She attentively listened and attentively wrote down every detail about my dilemma and the problems I was facing. Sadie assured me that she would get the answers I needed and follow up diligently. I was certain she would not call me back because of the experience I had with my last agency.
To my surprise, Sadie called me back and left a detailed message outlining everything she had done to resolve my issue. She was nothing less than a superhero in the world of customer service, where excellence is often sorely lacking. Sadie's level of service far surpassed what I had experienced before, leaving me with a lasting impression of her and their agency.

My State Farm agency, the Ann Clark Agency, always takes excellent care of me. I just bought a new vehicle and Sadie was right there with my new quote and insurance ID card. I'm ecstatic with their prompt service and anticipation of my needs. I've been a client of Ann Clark & her team for 35 years.

I have received excellent service from Ann Clark's State Farm Company. Her assistant, Sadie, is incredibly helpful, friendly, and I believe she truly cares about the clients.

The owner is an aggressive jerk and doesn't deserve my money. They are abuseive and unpolitte at this state farm and will never go back to this place. if you like State Farm, stay away from this franchise go to another one .
