Very nice selection. Some of the pricing is very high and the fee to have them help you build any item is very high and unreasonable. Overall we were happy with the selection and customer service was nice.

Deb Erwin sales rep spent hours with my partner and I discussing furniture options for a new house we bought. She made us feel very comfortable. We left that afternoon, and told her we’d be back the next day. After measuring all the rooms we returned and purchased the furniture. Great sales rep. No pressure.

Let me start of with the positive: Our first purchase with our sales person Oscar was great so I went back 5 months later to make another purchase totaling about $8000.00. I purchased a dining room set along with a desk first and then I purchased a bedroom set.
Now for the negative: Both deliveries were rushed followed by a phone call from a supervisor asking about the delivery and explaining that I had 24 hours to notify of any issues. At the 2nd delivery I actually tried to contact the delivery person minutes after he left. Needless to say, I got the runaround after getting in touch with someone at the store about the damages I noticed with my furniture. I had to wait almost 3 weeks to have someone come out and inspect things I noticed. The man could barely walk and he seemed overwhelmed with his job. He did a touch up on my new furniture. I actually wrote it off as a lesson learned experience but after only owning this new furniture I felt like I needed to speak up because excitement of a new purchase was quickly soured by the quality that we received. My wife and I are empty nesters so the fact that this furniture does not get any busy towards it. This is completely unacceptable that it is chipping and falling apart after barely 6 months of use. Calls to the store seem to make you feel like you are over reacting and getting blamed for not purchasing the warranty. With that being said I want to warn people who make a purchase to DO NOT let the delivery person leave until you fully inspect your purchase with a good eye. This store review site seems to have many positive reviews but if you go to other sites you can review problem reviews, something I wished I would have done before my purchase.

Upon entering City/Ashley Furniture in Fort Myers, my sister and I were greeted by a lovely young lady by the name of Leah! She was friendly and cheerful with a genuine smile. She Informed us of the sales going on throughout the store and gave us her card and said if we had any questions to call or text her, which we thought was a great idea and refreshing! No stalking! I have had eight homes throughout the United States over the years, so I am no stranger to Furniture shopping! The quality of the furniture there had improved from the last time I had been there.
This was by far, the best experience I have ever had. We found and purchased our furniture through Leah and I will be returning to work with her for my future needs! She was able to help us get the best value on our purchases! Leah was professional, knowledgeable and an excellent sales person.Thank you Ashley Furniture and Big thanks to Leah😃
