my first experience at Aspen dental was great! The entire team was professional, kind, and very welcoming. I am confident that my future experiences will also be great. I have some work ahead of me, and I am grateful to have landed with experienced professionals.

It’s really unfortunate that at the end of every visit I’ve been here multiple times that they want you to spend a couple extra thousand dollars. Invisalign or another procedure to help prevent gingivitis. I’ll be booking with a real dentist next time!!!

5 stars go to the Dental hygienist Uni who is excellent. 1 star (I'd give less if possible) to the new dentists there, Lorenzo and Patel.Feb 20 2024 I got the regular perio maintenance, pockets were 2, 3, and 4 – good. I also got the yearly xrays, and exam from dentist Dr. Patel who found a hole and cavity, next to last tooth, upper right. It was a cavity ABOVE a filling that had been put there 3 yrs ago by a dentist named Dr. Conor Wierus.Feb 27 2024 I went to get cavity fixed. I DID NOT NEED ANESTHESIA, I had no pain so it could not have been that deep. Then the dentist, Dr. Lorenzo who had trouble distinguishing between composite filling and tooth (he said this) because they were the same color, says that the cavity is going all the way to the gumline, Big Panic Face: “I don’t see how this tooth can be saved. I see no hope for this tooth”. BIG panic face, so he called in Dr. Patel. Patel looks, switches to the view of the panaromic xray (WHAT FOR? TO IMPRESS ME?), back to the xray of the tooth, stares at it, stares as if he is studying it. Then tells me a bunch of ??? (phooey) about pulp and bone and said the tooth has to be extracted and an implant put in. 6 thousand dollars! He says If they had gotten near the pulp the drilling would have HURT. Can’t do this because it will hurt, and can't do that because it will hurt. OH? THEY LIED. T H E Y LI E D.So they filled the cavity that was there with the idea I'd come back to get ripped off 6 thousand dollars. I asked about root canal but they gave me some ??? about there would be pain. Doesn't root canal eliminate the nerve? It was NOT one cavity that was "so deep" at all. It was a SEPARATE cavity.I went to a whole other dentist. Perhaps I should say a REAL dentist? The “OH MY GOD I SEE NO HOPE” tooth was drilled WITHOUT ANESTHESIA, NO PAIN AT ALL” IT WAS FILLED. No problem. The cavity Lorenzo/Patel did was drilled from the top of the tooth. The OTHER cavity was drilled from the side facing the cheek.Due to the nonsense that happened with the new dentists at Aspen/Cypress, THEY LIED TO ME tried to bilk me out of 6 thousand dollars, I no longer trust their dentists, and now wonder if I really needed a crown on the tooth Dr.Conor Wierus did due to a rather shallow buccal filling falling out, which HE said would keep falling out. Would it? Did he put it in right to begin with?My medicare advantage pays 100% for these maintenance procedures, unlimited cavities, 4 perios a year, but crowns and that kind of thing? I LIVE on social security and I know Lorenzo and Patel tried to rip me off. How do I KNOW? Obvious: the tooth was fixed, drilled without issue, filled without issue and is now fine. THEY LIED.Unfortunately, Due to the nonsense that happened with Lorenzo and Patel, I no longer trust their dentists, and now wonder if I really needed a crown on the tooth Dr.Conor Wierus did. What they did throws shade and suspicion on others. I'll continue to go to Aspen for perio maintenance, but nothing else.

I paid the complete Invisaligner treatment. Years later, after several doctor switches, I still don’t have my final set of retainers. Now, they want more money. When I went in to pick up the final retainers, a sticky note was placed in front of me with $647 written on it. The explanation was that I must pay this before I get the final retainers.I already paid for the full treatment. I am still owed the final retainers.

The staff was pleasantly helpful and the manager went out of her way to be helpful. The dentist was nice, careful, and qualified. Even the lady receptionist worked hard at making me feel welcome.

"Can't" is their favorite word. Can't prescribe you antibiotics. Can't pull a tooth. Can't flush an abscess tooth. Can't do anything but the highest cost treatment.Reminded me of a used car sales lot with a pushy buy or leave attitude. It's horrible what the industry has done to this company.Update 12/23/23We received a credit card in my Wife's name in the mail that she didn't apply for from care credit. We immediately called care credit to cancel only find out the wonderful team at Aspen Dental fraudulently applied for it. But not only that the "fee" they stated would be waived for the bogus dental care wasn't, we got a bill for $300 for an exam and x-rays. An exam that never included even opening my Wife's mouth to look. Criminals.

If I could give negative stars I would. Came here in March for a new patient evaluation. Staff seemed nice enough, Dentist was also very nice, but one of the first things I noticed was how dirty things were. The X-ray machine had dust all over it, the chair covers look like they’ve never been wiped down, it doesn’t look like they sweep at all. And then it got really bad because as soon as my X-rays were taken all of a sudden I had periodontal disease and an infection in a tooth, and my old crown needed replaced. Over $4000, and the billing lady bullied me into a “payment plan” which is just a credit card. I should have stormed off but it all happened really fast and I’ll be honest I’m quite naive to situations like this so I get the credit card and get the cleaning done that day. They send me home with this huge gift bag with an expensive electric toothbrush, set up my next appointment for the crown replacement and new crown and push me out the door. I get home and go over my breakdown of my receipt with my mom (who works in medical billing) and notice that they charged me $250 for the toothbrush that I didn’t need. Thankfully they did credit that back to me when I returned it to them at my next appointment but there was zero communication on pricing, you could tell they were hoping I wasn’t going to check and just keep the thing. The crowns took a couple appointments and that went over fine but when I noticed pain still after the initial two weeks of discomfort they said may happen my phone calls got ignored. So I decided to ignore the pain and it eventually went away, but now it’s back full force and I think something is wrong. Definitely not coming back here though, I’ll be finding a different dentist.

I haven’t been to the dentist in quite some time. I had an impacted wisdom tooth that was now causing me pain. From the moment I walked through the door it was an amazing experience and I didn’t have an appointment. The first thing that impressed me was the front desk young lady, she asked me for my social, I usually don’t give it out loud but started to she quietly and professionally shushed me and said no not out loud!! WHAT!! Amazing. Great job to her!!!! Do you know how fast offices break HIPAA laws. (I’m a healthcare trainer by trade) They did the consultation and the first dentist was phenomenal and made me feel so comfortable. I have to say all my dental experiences have always cause major tears. Not this time. The second dentist who extracted my tooth was outstanding. His bedside manners, his calmness and reassurance along with his DA was absolutely great. He walked through the entire procedure. It was over before I knew it and before a tear could drop. I will not be shopping for another dental office. This is where I will continue to go.

Pulling the teeth was something I expected. When they tried to make the cast for dentures the stuff went down my throat and I had to fight to sit up to get it out. A couple of the girls there are very rude and don't care if there is an issue. Was told 6 months I would get permanent dentures. Well it was 3 months later and they started the permanent ones. Well let's just say neither the top nor the bottom fit. I tried to tell them before I walked out the door. And I quote THERE IS NOTHING MORE I CAN DO TO FIX THEM TO FIT YOUR MOUTH OR THEY WILL BE NO GOOD PERIOD.So I spent over $5000 for dental work and I can not wear the dentures I paid for. I would never recommend this location to anyone.

I had an appt, no wait. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Prices are pretty outrageous. I already have a top denture, but inquired about getting a snap on like I have on lower. I was quoted 18k and prices are going up in January. That wasn't even for the palate-less style...I couldn't imagine what that one would cost.

This is honestly the best dentist office I’ve ever been to.When I called to set up an appointment the front desk knew I was in pain and got me in as quick as my schedule could work, and were very empathetic.Cindy was the lady that did my X-rays and was absolutely awesome! Her demeanor with patients is a quality you don’t learn, it’s just inherent.Dr. Patel examined me and put together a treatment plan for me that I felt was actually in my best interest and he had the confidence that what he was recommending reassured me that I went to the right place.Amy, the office manager was equally amazing in her role. Reviewed, detailed, and scheduled all appointments.Typically people don’t look at a dentist office as a positive experience, but I can certainly say that every interaction was great.Great company, great staff, and I feel comfortable going to the dentist again!

One star reviews are not something I do very often but this calls for it.I came to Aspen dental despite the things I’ve heard because it’s covered with my insurance from work and close to my work and home. Conveniently located enough.I scheduled for my wisdom teeth to be removed and I was really unwavering about being sedated for the removal because I have an impacted wisdom tooth. I’ve had a bad experience with a removal and that’s why I wanted to be out completely. They didn’t listen to me. Rushed to schedule me for a pill sedation to have the teeth removed. I was told and reassured multiple times by the dentist before I left that day it would be quick, painless and I’d be back to work and healing soon.Guess what? I’m in an excruciating amount of pain as soon as he begins. I screamed and cried for him to stop only to have hands put on my legs and shoulders to “keep me from moving around too much.”Probably the longest 5 minutes of my life, losing breath crying in pain. The dentist then stops not because of me crying or thrashing around in pain for what’s supposed to be “just pressure” and says to me “I’m going to stop now, I can’t get the other teeth and I don’t wanna have you in my nightmares screaming.”How professional and comforting. That was a week ago.Now because I still have teeth to be removed dealing with the office manager was a completely different nightmare. She’s constantly talking over my questions and literally on her phone instead of helping me process the care credit.Yesterday I was in the office two separate times just trying to add a payment method to my profile for care credit. I got so frustrated because she repeated the same thing over and over not being at all helpful. I ask her to stop so I can leave the office. The office manger and who ever else works at the desk is not on the same page at all. One of them tells me something and it doesn’t get noted in the system so the next time that I talk to someone they have no idea what your talking about and they tell you no your wrong.I will never go to another Aspen Dental, this is a terrible set of people. Initially, they’re so nice promising you that you’ll feel better and all they do is run up a giant bill to send to your insurance tell you that you’re wrong and put you in immense amount of pain.25 October 2023After a reply was posted 3 weeks ago I waited for someone to reach out to me and nothing. How am I supposed to get in contact with anyone from aspen dental with out calling the office that won’t take my calls for supposedly damaging the broken door I opened too fast? Called corporate and still not able to get an answer.Aspen is not with the trouble and headaches. After the response here I never had anyone reach out over the phone, not a text or email. Nothing no mail. Just the bill.
