The staff is very attentive and professional. We were assisted by Kalina, a very young representative who knows her job very well, we loved her treatment and kindness. He speaks Spanish very well. I recommend this AT&T establishment, the treatment is unbeatable. Congratulations.

Fernando was wonderful and helping us yesterday and I plot him! He was great at understanding what we needed and helping us get it in fact we're heading down there now and hopefully we can get him as the AT&T Association will be helping us. He was friendly and understanding.

Me and my grandfather went in the atat store on February 17 2025 to switch from Verizon Wireless to atat since my phone service was under my grandfather name I had to put it under my grandfather name because he served in the united state Air Force and we qualify for the military discount Chris Cole was very professional and helpful and I traded in my iPhone 15plus for the iPhone 16 Pro Max and he made the switch very simple and said that AT&T would be paying off my old phone from Verizon when I trade it in since I switch and starting to like AT&T because my bill is way more cheaper than when I was Verizon I will definitely would recommend AT&T to my family and friends. Thanks atat for helping me getting a way cheaper phone carrier.

Visited this store to upgrade my mom’s cell. My mom can be a hilarious handful when it comes to tech. We worked with Calina, who was a complete gem! She got straight to the point, kept us on track, gave wonderful insight into the options, and had us out the door within 30 minutes!!!! Calina, your knowledge, kindness,patience, and overall light hearted approach was a dream. Peace and blessings to you!!!!

Understaffed, and had to leave realizing I would not get service for at least the next 30 mins. If AT&T doesn’t allow me to return an iPhone case purchased on line via mail, I would expect the return in store would not be that painful!!!!
