This location is understaffed. I was not greeted when I entered or given an estimated wait time. I left and returned 30 mins later and had the same issue.

I cannot say enough about the excellent service I received at this location. Christian cheerfully navigated a complicated problem and finally was able to resolve the issue. It required calling ATT directly, using multiple phones to connect and finally resolving the issue and getting my phone working. Then, he helped us change some setting and servicing issues. He never lost patience with me, (I am an "older" and not so tech savvy customer) and at the same time he was helping me, he courteously helped customers who came in with a simple question or issue to help them avoid long wait times.
I had visited another ATT store and was basically dismissed; my experience at this Jamaica Bay experience could not have been better.
Christian is an asset to this location and should be recognized for his hard work. I sincerely appreciate his help.

We were very happy to arrive being only 1 of 2 clients in the store which minimized the wait. Gustavo was very helpful and professional. We were able to purchase a phone, transfer stored info and out the door in exactly an hour. Mostly unheard of!Thank you !

Terrible service. We were in the store on Saturday at noon, one employee was serving another customer, the second employee was looking at his computer and neither of them greeted us or let us know that they would be serving us soon. We left after 20 minutes of waiting.

The store manager, Brandyn, was neither helpful or knowledgeable.We came in to complete a trade in for iPhone 15. We had elected to do the trade in store, but when we got there the manager, Brandyn, immediately said he couldn’t help us. I asked if he could at least take the order number or the phone number. He refused and gave a (false) excuse that because the new phone was shipped to us, we couldn’t trade it in store. I replied that I’ll just go to the Gladiolus store and see if what he said was true and if not I’d just lodge a complaint with his store.Gladiolus store helped me in 5 minutes, very easy process. Don’t be me and just go to the Gladiolus store. So now I’m leaving the review I said I would for Brandyn.
