Greg was amazing! He spent a lot of time with us (retirees) showing us our new phone options, discounts & plans. The process took quite a while but all of our data, photos, apps, texts, etc copied over from our old phones to the new. Greg was friendly, professional, fun and relatable. I would HIGHLY recommend stopping by the Gladiolus/Winkler AT&T store and ask for Greg. What a great asset to the AT&T family.

Was having problems with my IPhone. A friend of mine said the employees at this store had always been very helpful in solving her issues. Went there, explained my dilemma and a young man named Aiden. Aiden took my phone and in a matter of minutes was able to undo, fix and make work what I had spent weeks messing up. Thanks again for helping me out.

Semaj was great very helpful and useful loved the experience.. I have left this review posted because I want Att to see it. I DID NOT post this review, Semaj used my phone without permission or consent post this review he asked if he could place a link for a review, NEVER did he say I am writing my own review. I see many have posted reviews with his name, hmmm how many other people did he use their phone and do the same without their knowledge. Infact I have been going back and forth with Att after receiving a defective Galaxy 9+ tablet out of the box I have never got to use it and still nothing resolved.

You have an amazing staff there. Each were pleasant AND patient with this 57 yr. Old!!
The store was busy but we NEVER felt neglected!
Semaj was AMAZING and a great representative for your store. He was able to be attentive and yet assist others as well! He had eyes AND ears behind his head. My husband first went there and worked with Semaj. Because of his experience with Semaj, we both returned!
I even am trying to convert my brother from Verizon!
Thank you Semaj and your new hire (I forgot his name)! And Greg was so patient with his customers!

Brandon and Greg were very helpful. Their manager should be happy to have very professional and knowledgeable employees, especially when it comes to upgrades and maximizing the benefit to the customer. If it wasn’t for them I would have returned my husband’s purchase and ended my att service I’ve had for 14 years. Thank you guys and I will see you soon for my upgrade.
