Dom was wonderful: knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. He gets 5 stars. The three star experience overall was due to short staffing. They should have more than one person there on a weekend.

After returning to the US from a cruise, I had lost Internet on my phone. I went to this store for assistance. They made one attempt at resolution, then commenced to trying to sell me a new phone telling me that the problem was with my (3 year-old) phone, and that "some of the more recent phones just didn't keep up", because "they were now on the Samsung S25" (mine is an S20). They even went so far as to look up and tell me that my existing purchase contract ended next month, so I could buy a new one. I declined, left and called AT&T themselves who restored my Internet within 10 minutes (including hold time!) So don't go to this store with a problem - and when you consider buying a phone, perhaps go somewhere else where they will actually assist you if you have any problems with it later, and not just try and sell you a new one!
Follow-up: In case anyone is interested, the "response from owner" as can be seen contained an e-mail address asking us to contact them, which we did. They responded on February 20, 2025 saying " We sincerely apologize for your negative experience and have forwarded your information to the District Manager in your area. They will review your feedback and contact you directly." As of March 14 (22 days) we have still heard nothing more, which reinforces our previous review.

My iPhone had locked up which had never happened and Thomas immediately greeted me and said he could fix my problem which he did. We then talked about getting a new screen cover for my phone and realized how old it was at which point he nicely offered the current special without being pushy at all. He acclimated me to the new phone in great detail and was very patient with this 69 year old woman!

It was a pleasant experience to purchase my new phone. He was very informative. When I have to purchase my next phone, I'm going to the same AT&T location, and hopefully I get the same salesman to assist me.

Dominic was awesome... I pressed the wrong number on a survey just now. Please note that survey does not reflect his service. He was diligent and incredibly helpful. Definitely suggest this store. Someone came over right away and told me they'd be with me asap

I was on on the phone with customer serive yesterday for over three hours they could not fix my problem I went into the store and spoke with Tom and he knew exactly what the problem was within 5min and had it fixed with 20min. He saved the day and has great customer service. Go see TOM!!!
