I was told the process would take 1 hour to sell my car. We were there 4 hours plus had to return the next day. Seth was not pleasant or friendly to work with. He had a very low offer for us within 30 min but when I wouldn’t accept it we waited another hour for an updated offer. We were there a full 2 hours before even letting us know the deal was made. We then waited another 2 hours for the check that we never received. I had to leave and come back the next afternoon for a check, after calling multiple times to ask for updates. Highly disappointed in the company and service. I should’ve just gone to carmax or another dealership after now reading all of the negative complaints from other consumers on google reviews for automation.

I had a change of plans and arrived early for an appointment I had with another sales associate, and Roberta came and took care of me even though she wasn’t The first point of contact and she took excellent care of me and I was and am very appreciative. She is been with Toyota for sometime and really made the process of all that has to be done now to buy a new car as easy and pleasant as it could possibly have been. That’s right.
