Scott is an extremely knowledgeable and helpful customer service manager. He assisted me with my Toyota directional bulb located in the headlight. Scott actually came outside to put the bulb in for me.....a class act!!

They have the parts, but good luck getting to them! Seems the store manager and staff have better things to do than assist English speaking commercial customers. Sure would be nice to be able to get in and out, but at least there are PLENTY of other auto parts stores in the area that know how to treat their customers with respect.

Quick in-&-out for a single tube of 3M Super Weatherstrip Adhesive (alias: Gorilla Snot) that Auto-Zone apparently stocks. (Stuff is commonly used applied to attach exterior molding on autos.) Service was quick and easy!
