Run away. Bought about 10k in furniture from them just under 4 years ago and none of it is holding up. Night stand USB chargers have totally failed and you're paying cost plus minimum 5% mark up for a vinyl cover over particle board.

I bought a bedroom set at the fowler location twice. The second set I bought is very poorly made. Flimsy and the adjustable bed I haven’t been able to use since I bought it . It’s not installed correctly, the bed frame pops out of the headboard and the footboard. I’ve called several times to the store and the Moto company and nobody has resolved the issue in a month. I’ll never go back to Babcock .

Kia and the rest of the staff were very welcoming and helpful she made sure she found me the best deal I was very pleased with my experience keep up the great work ladies . I would like to add that their delivery drivers the one named I got was Joshua Armstrong those two men are rockstars . They were beyond nice ??????????

Kia was an exceptional sales lady. Very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. We furnished 3 bedrooms, living room and dining room in a hour and a half. Im so thankful she was there. Will come back to finish house once moved in.

I don't recommend THIS LOCATION to anyone! This location has been very unprofessional in the way they do business. I called and and they never even greeted me they just put me on hold the second they picked up and kept clicking me back on hold. For more than 20 minutes! And then they came on and hanged up on me, I spoked to NO ONE. Went into their show room as well and was not greeted until I went to speak to someone. They all need to be retrained on how customer service works. I will be taking my money elsewhere to shop for my furniture. And will let my friends in my community know how I was rudely treated! AND NOT TO SHOP THERE! I will be contacting the corporate office about this fort myers location. ?? (disgusted)
