Staff is sweet and kind but I find that things don't get reported correctly in charts. All my critters are fixed and they had them listed as unaltered. This causes nightmares when it comes to licensing.

Dont take your pet here for medical care. I have a yearly care plan, brought my cat in for routine bloodwork and nails trimmed in addition i asked for a diagnosis for her increased water consumption and urination. There are 3 main possibilities, thyroid, diabetes or kidney failure. So instead of checking her blood for diabetes or thyroid, they left her in a cage all day terrified of all the dogs and other cats and let her consume alot of water but she was too scared to pee in the tiny sprinkling of anhydrous catlitter used to collect a specimen so 8 hours later when i returned to pick her up there was no diagnosis and she peed herself on the way home so i had to bathe her upon returning home. Its two weeks later and nobody has bothered to contacted me with the test results of the labwork that i had to ask the vet to perform when i discovered that they had not actually done anything. I paid 180 dollars for these tests btw and still dont know if my cat has hyperthyroidism. I will be looki g for an actual competent caring vet and never returning to banfield for cat medical care.

They never have the time to explain what is going on with your pet.They have a drop off policy and the vet will call you after, make sure you get all your questions answered in the two minutes they will set aside for you because they are “too busy” to answer any other questions at any other time.Any time you speak with the vet (only ever over the phone) they seem SO annoyed to have to deal with any questions on what could be wrong with your pet.If you love your pet and want to know that they are being cared for, don’t take them here.

I happened to call this location over 4 days ago to ask a simple question. I called around 12 in the afternoon on Thursday. This is during this open hours, however I kept getting sent to their voicemail stating how they were closed. So I ended up leaving a voicemail stating why I was calling as well as my number. I have not received a call back since. I will not be using this vet for my dog as I thought I would. They can’t even get back to their customers how would I trust them with my dog’s health?

Best animal care in town! I highly recommend the comprehensive care plan.They truly care about each animal and take the time to explain everything you need to know about each visit. Dr. And assistant are very pleasant.

I had to take my babies to get their shots today and the ladies up front were really sweet. And the prices of things you need for your dogs are really expensive when in a budget. But all staff there were really sweet and also the Dr that seen them both. I rated a five because of the kindness

I made an appt online for my dog to see a vet on a Monday, the prior Wednesday morning, so 2 full business days in advance, 5 calendar days. They waited until 8:25am the day of the appt to call and tell me they were bumping me to be rescheduled bc I made the appt online and the clinic was overbooked. Perhaps they should have bumped anyone who made an appt after me? In person or not? The website doesn’t indicate utilizing the available online booking tool frees them of any commitment to honor the appt over anyone else. When I told them I had already waited 5 days for the appt he asked if I’d tried any other Banfield’s. Uhm…no, bc I thought I had this appt, why would I book elsewhere and waste their time, not knowing they were already wasting my time. I opted not to rebook with them, why would I take more time off or work and risk them cancelling last minute?
