Terrible service, always few staff working and willing to help the customer, they always tell you that by appointment, incredible I always have to go to solve the problem at Lehigh Acres, living 5 minutes from this bank and having to go so far

The customer service of the agent Esmeralda is terrible, it was the agent who assisted me to make a business account and asked me for information that was in my email… my English language is bad and I asked him for his help to search the email I emailed the information she needed and told me she couldn't touch my cell phone... incredible when someone doesn't want to help you... blessings to her!

Worst services ever for business.Could write a book of things who went wrong with these scammer, they even took 1400$ of fee on my business bank account, if it’s not corrected in next 48hours I’m sueing.

Teller was incredibly rude to me when I was simply trying to get change. Refused to count the money back to me. She instead shoved the money counting machine in front of me and told me to step to the side when I asked to count the change I was getting back.

It is bad enough to have the worst customer service possible, but then to not care is simply over the top; Bank of America as a whole is literally 30-40 times worse than Comcast or any airline could ever be. ONE teller with lines out to the door...tellers telling customers behind the managers back they deserve hazard pay for getting yelled at an cursed out all the time. HORRIBLE to the point we have moved over $6MM worth of accounts out of BOA; told them why and they truly do not give a darn. We have ONE account remaining at BOA and we were just informed that after 18 years, as an owner/partner of the company holding the account, we can no longer cash a check against our business account....OUR MONEY and they will not allow us to cash anymore checks because of their "new system." Then, we stopped by to deposit a small amount of CASH into our account; they now need your ID to deposit cash....??!!??!! BOA, why don't you just tell your customers to go pound sand and go away....that is what we are doing anyway. Being in the customer service business....this is mind-blowing that BOA keeps coming up with more ways to make banking with them an INCONVENIENCE. It is obvious BOA no longer wants institutional or sophisticated business accounts, as they are catering to those who have no other choice. Do yourself a favor....go to a bank that appreciates your business, that wants your business and will make it easy for you to do business...and that would be ANY OTHER BANK besides BOA!!!

:: update to address the reply from the business:: Obviously this was a matter where I needed to go into the bank. Yes, I generally use the mobile app and ATM. Daily, in fact. Yes I do all my bill pay and zelle transfer and mobile deposits - yes. But this was a situation where I needed to come in. Obviously. So this reply is mute.And doesn’t address the issue. Noone was in the drive through. The guy doing the drive through could have seen the line inside and tried to take care of some folks to get the line moving because the only other person working was taking care of one customer —-> FOR OVER 25 MINUTES - I’m not exaggerating. I came in and that customer was already there and I didn’t get to the teller until nearly 30 minutes later. Long line was forming behind me. 4 people in front of me walked out.What is going on! Why couldn’t the other guy start taking care of people in the long line ??? Why is he just standing there if no one is in the drive thru???Oh! And I only came to this location because it was the next closest one that was still open. I went to the branch in 41 by Dave and Busters and they were closed due to unforeseen circumstances, according to the sign on the door. So I DID LOOK TO SEE OTHER LOCATIONS and this was the next closest one that I can get to before closing at 5pm.**** SO YOUR COMPUTER GENERATED AUTO REPLY FOR EVERYTHING DOESN’T WORK HERE!!!!!!!!!!!My original review: 25 minutes. Still here. What the hell is going on here !!!!! Never again will I set foot in this branch. This is ridiculous

Well well well go figure!! They have one person working the walk ins and drive threw. One or two people directing people as they come in. I don't understand this but it has been like this for the last 2 years.Responding to BOA reply:I can't use an ATM bc I lost my debt card 3 weeks ago and iv tried calling in to get a replacement but even though I provided my acct info and social BOA can't prove that I am who I say I am bc they want to send a code to an old phone number that I do not have. So there you go....Ps I am back today and SAME THING...one bank teller to work drive threw and walk ins. And the teller had to step out to get a manager. Now there is 2 managers and a teller trying to help an older lady for the past 9 min while a line of 7 plp wait. Great management BOA!!

I really enjoy waiting to make a deposit for 20 minutes with one bank teller working the window and the drive through while 3 “managers” walk around with iPads doing nothing. Super helpful. What a joke. I wonder why you have a 1.8 average on here ?Update: Hey guys. Everyone makes the same comment. We don’t need a manager to greet us at the door. Get behind a teller window and help out when there is a line. No improvements have been made…

I went to the site on December 24th for my business account and ordered my check book. I lost my check book over the holidays.It has been almost over three weeks and it has not even mailed but I was charged $87.00 plus charges immediately.Bank of America has been making so many mistakes so I’m going to close my account with them.I had opened this accident on September 2021. They never mailed me the card and after calling a few times they mailed to a wrong address. Again after calling they mailed a card but no PIN number. So it took 4 attempts and I waited 4 months to get a card on my business account . I had lost money, went through so much hassle and mental anxiety, changed my flights, lost business deals . So I just had it with Bank of America. I’m transferring my accounts.I was a premier customer for over 35 years.But they are going downhill very fast.

Tried to stop mail from someone else being put in my mailbox, No Help with them, been going on for over a year now. Would you think they would call the people or email them to come in and correct there address. Or at least STOP SENDING THERE BANK STATEMENT TO ME !!!

Steven Mrozek, bank teller, embarrassed me at this Bank of America on Matthew Drive. He had an attitude as soon as I walked in and rudely told me in front of other customers, that I'd need to wait almost an hour for his notary. No one was in the bank! He was in a bad mood. Slamming things, ignoring people, and being completely rude in front of anyone there! Especially to me and Annie, the bank hostess. Told me he wouldn't notarize my signature! Said he wasn't comfortable and that's all he said and Walked out on me!!! Left me sitting there! I just drove to another BofA branch and got notarized immediately!
