They should consider having a person like Jhon as a supervisor, I have visited the location on 3 occasions and he has rejected my check changes without need, then I have gone to another branch the same day and they change my check without a problem. I hope you understand that there are people We value the time he takes from us there. Thank you

I went to this location for assistance with the process on completing a wire transfer, external to my current Bank of America account. I was met with a friendly smile and hello from Isabella R. and she assisted me with how to complete the process on my own, at home for convenience.
I am truly appreciative of Isabella's assistance and she is a true gem shining bright for this branch. Keep up the good work!

Very busy branch, 1 teller for a line of 6 people. No parking space and non-functional ATM.

July 27, 2023, went to bank for help to find out who withdrew $9404 out of my friends checking account. They wanted everything but her birth certificate just to let her know who made the withdrawal. The lady went so far to indicate my friend may have received a call that said her grandson was in jail and gave them the info. My friend who has no children told her NO. After 15 min of this the lady who told her there was a refund in progress. The lady at the bank was no help and actually put the phone call on hold while she went and took care someone else while we waited. We are going to a different bank. Customer service is long gone here.

I am always anxious to talk about finance, but the manager Kailee was amazing! She helped me with all my questions and fixed my issue very quickly! She did a fantastic job of making me feel comfortable and even gave my some great tips to check out!
