Bought a battery 10 months ago with a 12 warranty. It’s dead as a door nail. Took it back and they said tough shit. No prorated battery no refund just a sorry we cannot help you. DO NOT buy anything from them. I never will again

I purchased a Duracell battery 1 yr ago which was giving me problems. Your rep tested battery and says good with partial charge. After going back and forth ge determine alternator problem. Took to my mechanic and $4000 later the battery would not hold charge and I was charged for another brand battery. I would like to return your battery and a prorated amount issued to me. I have multiple cars and I love your prices and will return as a valued customer.
Months later after no reply or assistance with my matter. I will no longer will use u again for my multiple battery service and will not recommend your excellent products to friends and family. It saddens me that a Duracell battery only gave me a year of service.

Scam. This place is shady as hell. I bought $110 small battery four months ago and it suddenly stopped holding a charge. I brought it in to be to be tested and suggested this was a bad product from the beginning as it should have lasted longer. The sales boy was unable to successfully check the battery…. he could not figure out how to do it and said I can’t get it to show anything it must have been abused or was bad from the beginning. He then said, well none of our batteries have any warranty at all, I guess you’re just out of luck, maybe you should try and contact the manufacturer directly. I said it was never disclosed to me that there was no warranty on this battery and he just kind of smirked and said too bad.
It’s not surprising places like this are dying. Too many better options online. You do have to wonder, how do you know they’re even selling you new batteries? They’re way overpriced in the first place…I would not risk it. Scam.

Had an issue with an employee at one of the stores after expressing my concern to management they went out of their way to rectify the problem and handle the situation very professionally anytime in Florida I would use their fort Myers location.
After reaching out to the owner who contacted his manager Marc
They went out of their way to give me a discounted price and resolve the issue
immediately it's great to see there are still companies out there taking care of their customers I've been using batteries Plus for years throughout the United States and will continue.
Thanks again for your professionalism I look forward to using your service in the future.

Very disappointed! I have been purchasing my batteries for years from the Fort Myers location. KAYLEB was the employee that was helping me and he is not who you want dealing with your customers. Even though he didn't say any rude words...he was RUDE. Rolling his eyes, irritated that I asked questions and was not helpful at all. He didn't even bother to look up when I had purchased the battery, which was only 4 months ago, and told me the warranty wasn't valid because of owner neglect. Honestly what is the warranty for other than if it exploded because you could say anything was owner neglect. You should really consider taking him out of customer service. It's not the actual words you say...it's how you say them. You have lost my future business. And to disclose: I never do reviews but today I was so appalled I felt I had to share.

Great, fast service - even though my old battery was very unwilling to come out. Scheduling was easy, and the entire visit took about 20 minutes.
