One car in front of me when I pulled up, yet it took 30 minutes to do a cash deposit. ATM was broken. It is a similar scenario every time I visit. The employees don’t even bother to apologize or act like it isn’t normal. This branch should honestly just be closed by Truist. It’s dirty and not kept up. Not good for the brand at all.

Worst place to do banking with one employee to run the whole branch. Ridiculous. The manager sitting in his office. Hey how you doing how’s your day going knowing that we’ve been there a whole hour the other two staff members sitting in the office in the back hiding they see the teller has 56 people on the line. Nobody moves for anything Came today two times to the store. Both of the times is one hour wait in the store is your closest branch. Nobody wants to work.

Horrible customer service, starting right at the top with Joel Gordon. Long waiting time anytime I’ve gone in there.I’ve lost count on the number of voice messages and emails Joel Gordon has not returned!

Went to truist to open two accounts. The banker Joel Gordon set up both accounts. He was quick, yet failed to mention the promotions at the time for the account. I had to go back and second and third time to straighten things out. He assured me that he had handled the situation. I called Truist customer service and they said they have no records. I call Mr. Gordon back and he claims he did his job, and in his exact words.. I don’t know what to tell you. You’re a bank manager how do you not know what to tell me?! How do you not have a solution, or even attempt to find a solution? This is who’s managing your bank lol. Amazing!

Went to this bank during my lunch hour to cash 2 checks, waited in line for quite some time while one teller waited on people. While I was waiting, there was another gentleman seated waiting to open a business account. He waited long enough, got up and left, I waited long enough and left also. I then called corporate to issue a complaint as this is not the first bad experience. They apologized profusely and asked me to stay on the line, then the line went dead. So much for customer service anywhere with this bank!

First time at this branch, and I received the best customer service ever. Joel Gordon, Branch Leader, helped me to add a beneficiary to my account and a letter I need for immigration services. I have been with Truist (SunTrust before) for 11 years and have never had an issue with them. Joel was very professional and helpful; thank you so much.

Line out the door on a Friday afternoon.One teller dealing with customers 11 people in line ill be here an hr today waiting I'm sure.Unacceptable if I had means to go to another bank I would make an example of this branch to another.

If I could give 0 ? stars I would!!! Terrible disorganized, slow, incompetent bank. Their "helpful" charactization depicted on their TV commercials is not so here. We will be moving our accounts outta of this bank... JUST HORRIBLE!

The banker helping me needed help to change my name in the system and told me I'd be able to use my debit card till my new one arrived which wasn't ture and so I went shopping and my card got declined. I am extremely disappointed. Went to another location and Cindy was super sweet and helpful! I will never use the page field location again.
