I have performed work in IT for at least a couple hundred bank locations. This is absolutely the slowest branch I've ever seen. There's always a few customers if not 5-10 inside doing tons of transactions that take forever and never more than one or two tellers (usually one) working the drive through and the lobby windows. Today I did a cash deposit through the drive through and sat there for at least 15 minutes and there was no one in front of me when I pulled in.

This bank never ever has enough tellers and ALWAYS takes forever. Why do you have 1 teller for but the walk in and drive through? This is ridiculous and every time I come it's the same. I'm here at least twice a week.

So I went on my lunch break. It’s a 3 minute drive from my job. Two people ahead of me and only one Teller working. I had to abandon my spot in line to race back to work. Horrible location. Horrible service. They need to hire more help.

Very nice tellers to deal with. Occasionally when there's an overflow of customers they need to put all hands on deck to cut down wait time.

Worst location I've been to. Always a 20+ minute wait just to do a simple cash deposit. ATM always seems to be out of order. They always say the same excuse that someone's on break.

Shelby Peltier should be removed from her position at this local branch immediately, as she is not equipped to manage any type of facility. To say I am disappointed in her ability to manage this branch is an understatement. I’m quite honestly shocked at the lack of competency, empathy, and decency that she, and the employees of this branch, have shown over the past few months. My father opened up a HELOC in 2015 in his name. Fast forward to May of 2022 - my father passed away and we couldn't find the original paperwork. My mother provided Truist with a copy of the Trust and Death Certificate, requesting a copy of the HELOC documentation, and to close out the HELOC. The branch refused, stating my mother was not on the paperwork and that my father would need to request it (friendly reminder, he's DEAD now). They also told my mother that she would not be able to close the HELOC, even though my parents had never used that line of credit - it was there for emergencies.Shelby told my mother that in order to get the HELOC removed, we would need to put the house up for probate - which would mean taking our house out of the Trust and into an estate. This process would not only take a considerable amount of time, but it would also leave the property in a vulnerable position outside of the protected Trust. Then, Hurricane Ian hit, flooding the house with 3.5 feet of water and leaving my mother with the need to pay contractors to get the house fixed up. FEMA cut her a check, but was required by federal law to name Truist on the check, in addition to my mother, due to the HELOC still being attached to the house. Shelby refused to have the local branch sign the check, claiming it was some asinine law she could never actually provide us verbiage for. This is when I stepped in - because it was clear to me that this branch had no clue what they were doing, and were not only putting my mother through severe stress, but also holding her house and money hostage. It wasn’t after calling Iwan Mohamed, their Regional President, and then being passed on to Stasia Rossetti, that Shelby seemed to want to step up and do her job correctly. Even then it took a lot of teeth pulling for something to finally happen. Our attorney has advised us to submit an internal complaint with Truist before filing a formal malpractice lawsuit with the FDIC. It’s clear this branch was not doing their jobs properly. I would advise everyone to bank elsewhere.
