Big Lots is an excellent and beautiful store with a wonderful energy and environment. It is very welcoming, organized, always nice and clean. The store offers amazing items at affordable prices and great prices and sales. Customers can find basically everything from home, including high quality furniture, seasonal home decor, essential household items, kids toys, and groceries. There is a great selection with something new every time, perfect for any quick purchase. The staff is extremely helpful and treats customers with love and passion. Many note they never leave empty handed.
Big Lots is reopening stores under new ownership. We traveled to Ft. Myers because the deals on certain products were always a steal there. It did not disappoint. The setup is different. The store is permanently closed. I am sad to see the doors close for good. I loved shopping in person, I am not an online fan especially for large furniture and patio items. I like to touch and feel the items or even visualize it.

I was shopping yesterday and accidentally left my wallet in a carry basket. Two ladies that worked there were my saviors and found me while still shopping with no knowledge of it missing. Thank you so much for making my day!! Not only great people, but the store is so clean with a great, organized selection.
