My husband and I were immediately seen by the BJ's eye personnel. Both ladies were professional and friendly and went out of their way to give us information while we were looking for frames and what different options were available to us. Only issue we had was with the actual BJ's store, it was crazy COLD in the store. My husband went outside to warm up at one point.

The lady helping me out during the exam was great didn’t expect it to be all trough a video call but I will definitely won’t be doing it again, and the sales lady got pissed off at me wanting to get a different quote from the place I made 2 pairs of glasses at ready because paying 900 dollars for no name brand frames it’s insane and she tried to stand behind oh anywhere you will go for those type of lenses it will be a lot well let me tell you I paid 560 the same amount I paid 3 years ago with 2 raybans glasses with lenses it is a complete scam all the way arround and won’t be doing those type of eye exams any time soon and I feel like it should be disclosed that there is not a an actual doctor in the office hopefully I don’t get a headache from this new prescription or else I would really like my money back considering that the online exams in their office didn’t feel as natural as a physical doctor being there. I was impressed by the remote eye exam. My new prescription is perfect! Lilia was a very easy to work with and Patrick helped me pick out some very nice frames.

The young lady who took care of my mother was excellent, she was polite, attentive and very cooperative.Everything is very good until the time we were leaving. A bad moment arose between Maria and the man who works there when she told him that we would not buy glasses there because of what the doctor had said during the exam.I will not return there because of what I said before (I am not a business but a patient)Thanks to

Excellent, thorough eye exam with all the high tech equipment given by a kind and competent technician. Met with the opthamologist on Zoom to read my results and prescribe my prescription. The optician spent so much time with me to ensure I had the right glasses for me. Good selection and pricing of glasses. Keep checking BJ's for glasses special to save money. BJ's runs promotions periodically on glasses.
