Think of having furniture reupholstered here , don’t , I waited five months for one side chair , every time I called to inquire about the chair , I never could get a straight answer, after five months I went to pick up the chair , I had purchased extra material to place on the seat of the chair , that never showed up , the women that waited on me asked if I wanted her to hold the door open for me , I’m 75 years old no one would assist me to carry it to my car.
I’ve never experienced such poor customer service anywhere .

Boca Bargoons is an amazing fabric shop. So many bolts of beautiful fabrics. Most run about $50, $60? $70 per yard and they can cost more. That being said you won’t find the quality or quantity anywhere else that I’m aware of.

Both Bocabargoons and Custom One Interiors did a great job. We had custom side panels drapes done in several rooms, reupholstered a large chair and had several matching pillows made. Everything came out perfect. Both Paul and Barry assisted in our selection. Paul came out to my home for selecting the draperies. He has great taste and a we would highly recommend them.

Lavish selection with many lovely options on a budget. Designer fabric has a huge impact for small dollars. Excellent customer service and welcome advise from patient experts.

The fabric selection is unparalleled for the area. Beautifully layer out, gorgeous fabrics. I miss Ester, she was helpful, never pushy, encouraged you to take your time to make your decision. If you decided to buy that day you left knowing and more importantly feeling you made the correct. Today I had to tell the salesman not once but three times I wanted to think about my decision. He didn't stop pressuring me. I did not appreciate the high pressure nor the fact he was more like a used car salesman. It ruined my shopping for the day.

Poor customer service. I had questions about the outdoor fabric and the sales clerk paid more attention to her phone. She was less than helpful and I left feeling disappointed. The fabric was beautiful and displayed very nice.

Never, ever do business with this company. We spent $1800 on a custom made seat cushion, fabric was beautiful. We knew we’d have to wait for it to be made. It took us a while to decide because of the price, the cushion was for a bench seat. There was no communication as to what was happening, we had to call them? This is where the fun, not so, started. We placed the order in July/August, was told the cushion would be ready in September, then Hurricane Ian came through. We tried calling numerous times but no answer. Eventually the store re opened and we managed to speak to the Italian lady that works there. The owner/manager is the rudest, arrogant individual and his attitude and lack of customer service skills put us off completely. We called Amex and asked for our money back, based on the time factor, lack of communication and his attitude they refunded in full. In the mean time the cushions arrived and my partner went to look at the finished product, they were extremely well made. However because of the way we were treated, spoken to, we decided even after he offered us 10% discount for the aggravation, we decided to walk away. We went online with Etsy and ordered the cushions through them. They emailed when the fabric came in and have kept us informed. We would never step foot back in this business, nor recommend. Avoid, we don’t know how they’ve survived as a business. $1800.00 and we were treated like an inconvenience. You only have to read the other reviews, make your own decision.

Well, we came in at lunch time and James looked up at us then sat down to eat his lunch. I asked if it was a bad time for him and he said no it happens everyday. Kind of a Smug answer if you ask me! We looked at all the beautiful material which was priced really nice. I got James attention again and told James what we wanted. My client wanted the impossible; a 3 foot round ottoman that needed new material on the top only. She wanted to keep the original material on the bottom of the ottoman. I knew he was going to tell my client who didn't realize Boca would be responsible if they messed up the bottom of the ottoman. Project would take twice as long and cost twice as much. He was thorough in his explanation but James did not have the best bedside manner. he knew we were looking but of course you go out when you start on a project you go out and look around see what's there! He was not friendly enough for her. She told me as we were walking out the door she didn't like him or his attitude and she'll said she'll take her money elsewhere. I worked as a personal shopper at an upscale store based out of Dallas.When we were in training we were told without clients we wouldn't be there! So true.Being interested, pleasant and knowledgeable goes a long way.
