Came to this store to purchase a phone and add a line for my son.
The young woman in the store quoted me four different prices, barely understood English (although Spanish is my second language) and then proceeded to gossip on the phone for an hour about guys her and her friend are seeing as well as, about other employees who were quitting while my family of four was standing in front of her waiting for continual assistance.
Needless to say, We couldn't wait to get out of there. The incompetence was absurd. She did not know the cost of the phone. Cost of the plan. When the billing cycle would begin. What it would add up to with the additional line. I left with all my questions unanswered.
Please, for the love of God, get some better help cause this was the most poor customer service experience I've ever seen.

I went there on Wednesday, August 11 the attendant was very helpful explained everything and gracious my first impression as I came up to the building I thought oh my god this must be a dump because the outside is not very pleasant looking but when I came inside and he was so helpful and knowledgeable and willing to help us out to select the right phone I just fell in love with this place and I will definitely return
