I have been with Busey for many many years. I’ve done a lot of business with them in both Illinois and Florida. I’ve also met some of the nicest people there. I especially would like to thank Debbie for pretty much bending over backwards to get me the loan I needed this time around. I will never let Busey Bank down as they have never let me down.

Tom Maiale was helping us with an SBA loan. He is a serious asset to Busey Bank and to us through our process. He is tenacious and knowledgeable. Always on point with everything we needed. Would highly recommend doing business with Tom on a purchase as he has your back!

This location opens at 9am and closes at 5pm. They are not open Saturdays. How convenient is that for a working-class person? I have to go to the grocery store or another bank to get change for our business. I also have to take time off of work in order to pick up my deposit slips and bags.

This location does not have the same caring vibe as Cape Coral. Branch manager here is short with you, unhelpful, and they constantly bug you about signing up for credit cards and services. If you want a Busey expierence go to the Cape Coral location. I refuse to use this location anymore.
