After the hurricane this company did nothing but harrass me to death, I couldn't do anything due to didn't know where the car was. Thoroughly disgusted. Will never due business with again.

My experience with my salesman was exelent how ever the car presented some issues and I when back to have it looked at yes they gave me a loner but I haven’t herd from them I NEED TO KNOW what is happening to my vehicle

Terrible. Scheduled a test drive Friday night for a 2019 Q50. Nice easy process to do so. Scheduled for 2pm on Sunday and arrived around 2:20. I did message the sales rep that we were running late but no response. I checked in up front and we sat down and waited. After 40 minutes of waiting went up to the desk and asked how much longer and the gentleman said about another 15 minutes and we would receive a text message from the salesman. The gentleman said we could go out and look at the car. Thankfully the car was unlocked. But dirty. Grimy spots inside and needed at least a basic wipe down (on the inside). Not mention I saw 2 ants in the vehicle. After waiting another 20 minutes, my family and I had enough and left. And to this time, I’m STILL waiting to hear from them. Big waste of time.

I was disappointed with the degree of “reconditioning“ and the lack of follow through. We looked at the car on Thursday night and scheduled a time late Friday morning to complete the purchase, which was going to allow the CarMax team time to “clean up” the car. On Friday, in the daylight, I took a closer look at the tires, and the front tires seemed to be fairly worn, and I couldn’t really see that the car was any cleaner than the evening before. I asked them to check the tire tread depth. They indicated that the tires met their minimum requirement, which is double the legal requirement so they offered to replace the tires at cost, which seems like a fair option. I was told the service manager would contact me with a quote later in the day, but I have not heard back in over two weeks.
