Most delivery guys are in and out as quick as possible and with very little care. The Taylor Carpet One guys took their time and treated the work as carefully as if they were working in their own home! I think it was possibly my best delivery experience ever.”

Once carpet was ordered, we chose to wait almost 3 weeks for installation ( rebuilding from hurricane). The two installers did a fantastic job! They went above & beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I spent my time visiting showrooms throughout the area and noticed how cold the experience was. Even though I had a very clear picture of what I wanted and I was serious about getting the job done, most salesman didn't take the time. Bendele Abbey Carpet answered all of my questions. They addressed all of the concerns I had about installing LVP over tile. They were incredibly flexible with the schedule and respectful of our time. The crew showed on time every day and worked until the project was complete. And the finished product is absolutely stunning!! As an interior designer that has worked with countless crews, they are by far, one of the most professional companies I have had the pleasure of working with.
