annett strahan 33907, proud member. good morning chase technical, pleased to meet you. your app and online report a problem section needs serious corrections immediately please. it seems abusive and inconveniences loyal members. settlement please immediately for the inconvenience. justanswer (5/23) 47.00 canceled subscription never received full refund, chewy pet food (got rid of bugs in bag) never received full refund 33.80 (5/23), walmart grocery 91 00, (5/23) damaged pineapple, bananas, yogurt, bagged vegetables- never received full refund. thank you for your valuable time, annett nicole strahan your loyal members is getting seriously abused by your report a problem sectiokn it seems. not tolerated it seems.

Went here the other day to get some things in order and everyone was helpful and welcoming. Shannon the manager was very down to earth! This is a good bank ?

Resubmitting my review since this branch tried to have it removed. We would not recommend this branch to anyone with a small business who's doing really well especially if you're a young entrepreneur. There's a teller there who racially profiled my son who has a business acct there, and even after complaining to the manager she was extremely unprofessional. I've just realized they had my review removed, I'll continue to put the review to hopefully save others from visiting this branch. We are taking our business elsewhere with a bank that loves and supports small businesses.

Worst business account ever! Refused to notorize a document by my a lawyer bc it didn't have a signature line - the teller is contesting the jds document. They're so incompetent it then took 1/2 hr to close my account- they're totally clueless and don't deserve my business. Good luck getting customers Chase with your half baked employees

They Closed the nice new Chase bank on US 41 but kept this dumpy chase bank around. The parking lot is a mess Oil slicks and stains allover from the junky badly maintained cars people drive around here Gum is allover. The Outside and Drive through ATM both have badly screen burned screens which makes it hard to read. Both of these Hyosung ATMs work slow, Eat dollar bills wont read checks. Every time to go to this place its a PITA. Chase will eventually lose me as a customer due to their poorly maintained facilities. Every other bank around is not this ghetto. Banks in NYC are cleaner than this garbage. Broken ATM.. Thing is always broken.

I wish I can give ZERO STARS…..I Will start by saying SHANNON BUTLER needs to LEARN HOW TO DELIVER GREAT OR JUST BASIC, customer service. Im still in shock how someone like that got to be a MULTI-SITE BRANCH MANAGER. ON TOP OF ALL OF THAT…..ALL THE employees there agreed on how bad she treats customers. They all literally walked away. Even the SPANISH GIRL THAT WAS BEHIND HER. I was there to help my mother, which she is almost 80 and she does not speaks English, as I tried to tell you, while you kept ignoring me, and continue speaking with my mom in ENGLISH. I will not write everything that happened because it was too long but I did put the complained to the 1800 number. I really Hope you get what you deserve. Next time stay home if you are having a bad day.

Waited in line inside for eight minutes while two tellers (male and female) were trying to figure out some trigonometry test one of their computers. Flirting should be left outside the office. Not one said we will be with you in minute or anyone else inside came to my rescue. Another woman came in behind me, waited and said this was ridiculous and I said yes it was. I walked out and finally heard someone ask the woman if she needed help as I pushed open the door. I have never felt so unappreciated! I will never go in this bank again and hope no one else has to wait in line like I did while two employees flirt with each other on the computer.

I had a simple question about cashing in savings bond so I called my local Chase bank. After going through all kinds of prompts including giving account number AND SS number I finally got a human being who works for corporate - NOT this bank. I explained that I had a question about a security box that I had cleaned out and had a question for this particular bank so he put me through to it. I got a recording saying that the staff was busy, "Please call back" and then I it hung up. This six-minute experience was infuriating. I will take my banking elsehwere!

Overall excellent customer service distinguishes this bank from all others that I have encountered. Opening two accounts for college students was successfully accomplished despite many varied issues. Smiles, patience and knowledge were consistent over several visits. Years later the accounts and young adults are doing well. Everyone satisfied with all choices made. No dreaded horror stories here.

I highly recommend visiting Kevin (Officer Relationship Banker) at Chase Bank! After opening my business checking account online, I was going through a total fiasco with Chase Customer Service and no one could give me ANY answers. I finally made an appointment to go into a branch and Kevin was so professional, empathetic, and kind throughout the entire process. He's a problem solver that didn't stop until he made sure my account was fixed and my small business could accept payments again. He also continued to follow up via phone and email to let me know how my account situation was progressing. Kevin is the only reason I am still a Chase Bank customer after the unbelievably frustrating situation I went through. If you're opening a business checking account, make sure to go into the branch (don't do it online - trust me, you'll save yourself about a month of headaches) and have Kevin help you from the beginning!
