I bank here. It is close and convenient. They lose a star because I had made an appointment to come back and see one of the bank people. When I returned he was busy with another person and would not have acknowledged me if it was not for the woman that created me and walked me over to his office. This still bothers me after a year, however I am not losing any sleep over it, nor have I changed where I bank.

I went to this branch of Chase bank a couple of years ago, and so glad I did, Cathy Hardaway opened my accounts for me, and over the past couple of years has helped me out a bunch of times with notary services and wire transfers for my business, so glad I moved there and definatly recomend Cathy and the bank to anyone.

Miss Catherine was the best...completely fabulous at her job...my new checking account up n running..even tho we just met that day..as she was handling business for me on the computer..seemed more like visiting an old friend..must be our Hoosier roots..thanks again miss Catherine..see ya next trip by the bank 😎

We needed some paperwork notarized and faxed before Tuesday. We were in panic mode as Banks are closed Monday. Called this bank at 9 and were told to come on down. Cathy was busy, but welcomed us to the bank. Within one half of an hour we were done. Cathy was just one positive and funny lady. She was on the phone a few times and her knowledge of a few subjects we we're privy to was extensive. If you need serious advice or help with banking things, she's your lady! Oh yea, since we have a small account there, did not cost us a dime!

I wanted to open a new account with a larger sum of money and I was treated very rudely by an associate by the name of Cathy. She was very blunt and rude and didn't even let me sit down before turning me away. Definitely going to a different bank...

Huge waste of time. Screw this bank. I opened two new accounts and made a very substantial deposit. Wanted to start banking with Chase because its closer to me than BOA. Been a credit card holder for a number of years with Chase. Spent an hour here and opened a checking and savings. Got my check card in the mail. All of a sudden I get a letter saying to withdraw my money and take it to another bank. Thought it was a scam but nope, Apparently this bank does not like deposits. I called them and they said we do not have to give a reason for closing your accounts. Seriously? I will take my money elsewhere and be sure to tell everyone I know what a crappy waste of time your bank is.
