The staff at the Daniels Marketplace store is great. They tracked down an item at another local store which I received promptly with a nice handwritten note. This friends, is customer service!

Great experience at Chico's today. I love the upscale quality of Chico's brand casual and elegant evening wear. The latest accessories, again Chico's brand, offer a great one stop shop place. The clearance rack is the first place I stop as the clothes may be from the clearance, but Chico's is always in style.
Chico's is aligned with Black Market White House (BMWH) with central policies like personal shoppers. Be sure to make an appointment for personal assistance. Rewards and returns are not across all three brands.
Great experience today. Elegant ambiance with friendly staff who are not at all pushy.

Entry/exit via medium weight doors.
Wheel chair access spaces in free central parking lot with curb cuts a few stores away.
Accessible dressing rooms.

Rhonda was amazing! She helped me find a white work shirt, and my best friend pants. She knew our sizes, because we didn’t know and the clothes fit perfect. We will be back because of her! She deserves a raise!

A year ago my fiance was sick and they didn't excuse their absence. And threatened his job. My fiance is hard-working and even puts an extra hours when possible. Especially one of the only employees working during the hurricane. I feel that my fiance work is not appreciated. And threatening your employees is no way to Manage. I'll make sure to record the next negative interaction with management.
