This evening, I went in with pennies that were not rolled looking to get 1.50 worth of merchandise. LAMARIA was the sweetest. I had a rough day, and due to a sprained/fractured elbow and broken wrist, I needed ice desperately. She took care of everything. Allowed me to keep my pennies. Best experience at a local convenience store. Thank you again from a disabled Air Force Veteran.

Caught the black female clerk ranting (she didn't know I was in the store) about how she wants to "cut up white babies" and "stomp them until their brains spill out all over the floor". Wow! This is who you're hiring??

Rude, don't care and the Girls will say it just like that, cash only one day but didn't tell anyone until after they made their drinks and hot items.Wonder how much money was thrown away( Literally).Polar pop machine is ALWAYS BROKE.And if you win anything on the game they're out of it? Cleveland Ave and Golfview it is always the Girls who have the aptitudes

I love this store. Everything about the except for one employee. All the associates except one are always cordial and helpful. But there's just one that is always rude to me. The first time I thought maybe she's just having a bad day. Now after the second third and fourth times I've encountered her, i know it's not just a bad day. I enter the store in a pleasant mood. And leave feeling frustrated amd my pleasant mood gone. When ever I deal with her, i feel as if my purchase or questions are an annoyance to her. My mere presence seems to be an annoyance. She's just outright rude to me. I ask where do I put in my phone number for rewards. She says she already took it off (deal on purple thunder mountain dews) i ask again where do I put my phone number in for the app. She snaps at me that it was already taken off. I ask ok, how does it know it's me if I don't put in my number? She snaps back that they aren't circle k anymore there aren't anymore rewards. I'm asking where do I swipe my card she looks at me like I'm stupid but the card reader is high up above my head where I barely can see it on my tip toes. I need to pick up cigarettes for my bf as well so I figured I'd finish that transaction and let the nice gentleman waiting behind me go head since he let me in front of him I had no idea it would be such an ordeal and I was getting embarrassed as well. On top of the fact I was using snap which is already a little embarrassing. In which she charged me tax on food items and when I asked why I was charged that she just just said "I don't know. it just did." So I paid the tax on the food which is supposed to be exempt. So I let the guy go behind me and another customer. So I'm the app there's a coupon for 1.50 off a pack of kools. Usually get a different brand but if it's a better deal I'd get him those. So I'm back at the register. Me "hi, i need to pick up some cigarettes too. How much are Kool cigarettes?" Her " I Don't Know! " I'm like ok, well there's a coupon for 1.50 off and you know what nevermind just let me get... And just got the regular cigarettes gave her the money and left. It's doubtful I'll go back in that store. Even tho I like it and all the other employees. I'd rather not have to interact with her again she just was rude for no reason. Between me and her I'd figure if one is knew the price of a product she was selling I'd figure it'd be her. I surely dk the cost. Apparently inquiring about a price is extremely annoying. And using snap as well because she has to manually check me out instead of using the self checkout which seemed quite annoying as well. None of the other employees seem to those issues tho. They're always nice. The card reader should be lowered for ppl who are vertically challenged. Ambiance is like a gloomy cloud in there when she's on duty.

Best customer service ever! Liz was extremely patient and the best at helping my kids find the exact candy they were looking for ☺️ and even mentioned the delicious cheeseburger pizza they devoured when we got home! thanks so much Liz we look so forward to seeing you again soon!

Don't say you are open 24 hrs. You are not open 24hrs! Sure you might even have someone there but they say they are not open. Last week it said window service only me and 3 plp waited over 10min and Noone came. This morning at 4:50 a women was at cashier counter, doors locked and she waved me away. Saying not open.

I went to this location to withdraw money out of an atm. I'm not sure if it was a skimming scam or if my math was off but I do know the atm did not give me my money and I'm missing it from my account. The cashier was unable to do anythong aboit it so now I get to starve for the weekend because they don't seem to know what the hell is going on.

I shop here alot. When I say alot I mean at least 100$ in business a week. Today I am very dissatisfied with the stores policy to close for an hour when it is supposed to be a 24/7 access convienice store. But the reason is ridiculous let me explain why. During the day shift and early night shift there are anywhere from 2-4 clerk's working. From hours of 1am to 5-6 am only 1 working so doors are locked and only window service. This is understandable due to crime in area. But when you only have 1 employee working that is NOT the time to restock cooler for over an hour. This should be done when other workers are available to check out coustomers. I have always been curteous and friendly but I will not ever use this circle k again. I will inform my friends and family about this store practice and advise them to go-to the 7-11 down the street as they stay open 24/7 they don't just advertise it. Very inconvenient for me to walk up and have to wait an hour for service. Don't even know if she was actually stocking cooler or just taking a nice long 1 hour break. Other customers left as well you guys probably lost a few hundred dollars tonight due to this issue. If this was first time then maybe it was just a few hundred if this is happening constantly on a day to day week to week basis your store is losing thousands just think about that for a min. Also I will be in touch with corporate in the morning about this situation as I'm concerned about the fact your 24/7 store is shorting your company both labour and losses in profits. Again I will not use this store EVER again for my shopping pleasure. Footnote there is alot of pan handlers present here also always asking for $ I usually don't mind giving a handout but I'm literally harassed each time I visit this location at night especially. Some of those people are quite scary at times.
