The store does nothing but make you feel like a theif. I've never had as many issues at other circle k's then I do this one. All they do is hover over you like you're stealing at self check out. The point of self check out was to not utilize their employees. Get it together circle k. I will not be shopping here anymore.

I WAS IN THERE THIS MORNING AND PURCHASED A BAG OF CHIPS. WHEN I OPENED THE BAG THEY WERE STALE AND OLD. LOOKED AT THE EXPIRATION DATE. JUNE 6 2024. WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS STORE.

I walked into this circle K around 845am 9/4/24, just as I’ve done almost everyday for the last year. Like every other day, I went over to the hot food/fountain drink section, grabbed 2 chicken sandwiches, one spicy one regular and a large polar pop, then proceeded to the condiments counter. Like I ALWAYS DO, I opened the sandwiches removed the spicy chicken patty and placed it on the regular chicken sandwich, added mayo and mustard then threw away the package that had the remaining bread in it. I can’t eat all that bread, hence why I threw it in the garbage. While gathering my things to go pay, I’m approached by this very rude hostile geeky looking employee and he has the empty sandwich package in his hand that id just thrown away. He holds it up in my face and says “this isn’t how it works” I said “I’m going to pay for it, I’ll tell the girl I have two like I do EVERY MORNING when I come in here.” He then proceeded to argue with me about how I’m not going to pay. He all but outright accused me of stealing a chicken patty without even giving me the chance to go pay for it. So unbelievably rude. I guess RaceTrac will now be my morning stop instead of this circle K. I won’t step foot in there ever again after being treated like that. He even saw me outside and didn’t even bother to apologize.

I just went to circle k on the corner of Veronica and after working a long hard day I decided to have me a little drink a Mike's hard lemonade to be specific. In the parking lot I just got news that a family member has been locked up and so when I went into the store my mind is all over the place. I went to the self-checkout as there was a gentleman there with dreads and helping me as I was ringing everything up. I've done this a million times so like I said I was not in the right headspace he asked me how I was and when I told him the news I put my card in the wrong hole and when he realized what I did he embarrassed me as there was a line behind me and made it known in front of everybody instead of trying to help me. He also informed me that as the looks of it I'm going to be joining my family member pretty soon. I let him know that was very rude and as I tucked my tail between my legs I walked out. I was very upset and that is the reason why I'm sharing my experience. Nobody should ever feel like that visiting a corner store. Some people just need to learn to have empathy and to keep their little comments to themselves. I was previously crying so of course my eyes were red. Anyways hope this never happens to anyone else.

I stopped just to grab drink. The employee with purple/pink hair was extremely rude and unprofessional didn't even attempt to help me check out and suggest my friend not return when she was confronted

I recently visited this store and had a horrible experience. I was in the area where you fix drinks and hot dogs and saw a roach crawling around. I was so surprised and couldn’t pull my phone out fast enough to record it. When I brought it to the store associates attention she just shrugged it off as if it were not a big deal. Maybe OSHA should pay them a visit then someone would care to keep the store clean.

I had a very unsettling experience at Circle K today. While trying to buy some bread and juice, I was confronted by an employee with purple hair who accused me of having an attitude. She threatened me, saying that I "am not the one to be messed with today" and insisted that I needed to lose my attitude.
The situation escalated when she assumed I was underage and demanded that I go outside and wait for my friend while she sold him beer. My friend had already decided to put the beer back, but despite this, we were still treated with unnecessary hostility and disrespect.
When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it, claiming she doesn't have a name. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. Customers should not be treated with threats and assumptions. I hope Circle K takes this matter seriously and addresses the issue to ensure a safer and more respectful environment for all customers.

Not big on their automated machines. 4 employees standing around- 2 automated check outs and 1 human check out. Automated checkouts still need some one to monitor them so why not just have 2 open human lanes? ? guess that would just make too much sense.

HORRIBLE vacuum. For as much as you ha e to pay to just use this service ypu would hope the vacuum would at least work propely. Had to use my hands to move the sand around to get it into the hose.Reported to the staff. They were great

Cheap gas every store around has gas for 3.50 a gallon and this store is running a promo for being new store gas is 3.19 a gallon!

It's against fire code to block/lock exit/entry doors on sides of building. Also, zero hand soap in bathrooms makes it impossible to wash hands...especially for "employees"...might want to work on your maintenance. Stocking crates in every aisle making it difficult to walk thru store.

I went into the store and was the only customer at the time and while I was checking out I heard the employees behind the counter talking about customers, judging them on what the wear and how they look. As a customer I think it’s very unfair to overhear something like this, wether they were talking about me or another person it still is very upsetting. I come here all the time and never had this situation up until now.
