Just had the opportunity to sit down with Leah Coblentz Herzfeld over at Clark and Bell Insurance. She was super friendly and easy to talk to. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to insurance. I would highly recommend Leah and the team over at Clark and Bell!

We used this agency for at least 5 yearswith great success. We were assigned anew agent several years ago, Lindsey, whowas the worst insurance agent we haveever encountered. Amount other things,not answering her phone or returningphone calls promptly (my husband called at4:30 and they close at 5) we cancelled ourinsurance on February 7th by email.Lindsey never sent the proper cancellationdocuments for us to sign and our creditcard was charged a month later. After myhusband got so frustrated dealing with herI took over. I called at 8:35 and asked theproper document be sent to us. At 12:00 ithad not been sent, I called again andrequested it be sent again. She said sheneeded a copy of my new policy which isent. Still and hour later no document so Icalled another agent Sara, who wasexcellent help and forwarded thedocument in 5 minutes.Wish we had dealt with Sara all along!!

I use Clark and Bell for ALL my insurance needs, they do a great job for getting the best rates and amazing customer service! You talk directly to the agents, you don't have to deal with an automated system or someone who doesn't live here! I highly recommend them:)
