Horrible experience- do not shop here Lady working at the entrance was extremely rude and childish. I was with my family inside for over an hour, which I can't say was a good experience due to the store being packed with people. It was hard to move around. However, after we'd loaded our cart with overpriced items, my family requested I get another shopping cart. I went and did that, and walked out the entrance past the Costco-card-checker-lady. It wasn't a pleasant sight as she glared everyone down with what looked like a look of straight evil, barking out demands to see the member ship cards of people entering. Anyways, I walked out, grabbed a cart, and tried to walk back in. Of course, Mrs. Half demon walked towards me and asked for my card. I don't have one, I was shopping with my parents who did. I told her this, and said they were in the store and I was grabbing another cart. This lady proceeded to ask me multiple idiotic questions, one of which was "where are you even going?", to which I answered "inside", leading to her saying I can't without a card. When I explained again I personally dont have one, she kicked me out of the store. Massive bitch. I waited outside and called my parents to come out and show the card, and no joke, this lady walks infront and yells to everyone "DO NOT LET HIM IN! HE IS TRYING TO BREAK IN AND DOES NOT HAVE A CARD". This caused everyone to stare at me, and the staff to eye me down. How bitchy. Eventually I did sneak in while she was harassing another poor person, and when I left, with my parents, items we'd bought, AND a receipt approved by the very kind receipt checker, she called two more employees on me, made a shiti face at me like a toddler, and took a picture of me. What the fuck is up with your staff Costco? The whole experience however was shitty. The store was, again, packed with people, the line to exit was pure chaos, and the parking lot might as well have been hell. I don't recommend shopping here, and this horrible staff member should be fired for her bitching. I did take a picture of the staff member, since she decided she needed one of me. Here it is lol

Tanner in the meat department went fat above his duties to help me get a box of meat that didn't have the correct bar code to get out the door. Steve also helped me find the box to start with.

Excellent customer service, always friendly and helpful. Costco experience at its best. This store and so many other Costco stores are the reason why we never renewed our Sam's and BJ's menbership.

Can we please get this guy at the food court some additional help. 1 guy taking and making orders. Not blaming him, blaming Costco for not doing better and get some help for this gentleman.

Last week I took a screw in my tire and immediately went to Costco to get it fixed as is was leaking air. The girl behind the counter said they couldn't get to it until the next day and wouldn't promise when it would be done. I went to the store manager and said that this is unacceptable. I asked can someone at least look at it to see if it can be fixed? And guess what I needed a new tire. So special order new tire and said I would get a call when it came in. 5 days later no call....so I called and it was in said that I was scheduled 7 days later to have it installed . I called another Costco and they said bring it right in we will get it handled. So I went and picked up the tire and headed to the other Costco. There is obviously either a management issue or staffing issue that needs to get addressed. I'm happy we are getting a Discount Tire that's opening soon.

Natalie, claimed she's the assistant manager. She was rude and truthfully unprofessional and racist. I've been a costco member since California in the early 80's and never been disrespected as natalie the so call assistant manager claims. When I asked for a manager she bluntly told me she's the assistant. Unprofessional, racist bad attitude.

Once in a while we go to food court where the employees always looks little upset and show attitude if we don't use self service order. I have an employee who came and ask me about method of payment. After i told them i have card but prefer to use cash, without acknowledging or saying anything turned around and got start doing their other work. At that time there was no line at self serve or at the cashier where i was standing. In couple of minutes, few people start ordering at self kiosk and she start handing them their order. After about 5-7 minutes, she asked me with an attitude what i want and i told her than i need to speak to a manager. She showed me more attitude without answering my question. I went to customer service and finally was able to get hold of manager who start low balling us with free hot dogs. Although manager was nice and listened carefully.

It's fine it's Costco, but whoever is forcing those people to be THAT annoying at the register about upgrading the card, I hate you. They are unbearable, you say no and still they're up in your face. What's at stake for those poor employees? I'll stick to the gulf coast location whenever possible because it doesn't happen there

I love this Costco, and always received good food and goods..........until I made the mistake of buying new tires. I bought 4 new Michelin Premier A/S tires in January, 2019. They have a 60,000 mile warranty. I had my oil changed at the Toyota place in Fort Myers, and they told me I need new tires. I had only put on 30,000 miles since then, so I took the car to Costco. They told me, that, since I had the tires rotated at the Toyota dealership, their warranty on the tires was void, and I was out of luck.Toyota also told me that the tires were from 2017, so they had degraded somewhat while sitting in the warehouse. So, they sold me tires that were two years old, lasted for half of the warranty period, and they would not help me, even though I rotated the tires regularly, but at the Toyota dealership, and not at Costco Rotten service, with a rotten attitude. Not only will I never buy tires at Costco again, I am seriously considering switching my membership over to Sam's Club.

This pharmacy prioritizes profit over patient care.I had a few prescriptions filled here recently and I will not be using them again. My doctor put in an order for a few prescriptions on a Friday morning here. The pharmacy called me at 11 am and left a voicemail informing me that they did not have one of my prescriptions but, it had been ordered and my prescriptions would be ready for pickup in 3 days. When I went to pick up my prescriptions I was told at the counter that they would not accept one of my GoodRx coupons, despite being contractually obligated to do so (any pharmacy that takes GoodRx must accept their coupons with the exception of controlled substances, for which my medication was not). They told me that since the prescription had been “special” ordered for me and was not the pharmacy’s “preferred” manufacturer I would have to pay full price ($280). In addition to having already waited 3 days for this prescription, I had to have this prescription transferred to another pharmacy resulting in my care being delayed even longer.I would not recommend using this pharmacy.
