If they could redesign the parking lot, I'd give it 5 stars. I love Costco, but you put your life on the line at this one. Go the extra few miles to Gulf Coast.

I purchased 4 tires on March 3rd. 2025. I was told that the tires would be delivered next day. I was told that I would receive a call when the tires are available. I have not received a call from the tires department. I mentioned how important it was to get new tires for my wife, due to the tires being bald and dangerous to drive. I called at approximately 1130am on March 6th to see what was the status of my tires. The gentleman that answer the phone was very unprofessional and sarcastic! He actually told me to make believe that he call me for a appointment to install the tires. He definitely had no idea that the tires were delivered! He asked me for my membership number. Then he mentioned that they were in. I told him I never received a call. He was definitely bothered by my call and concern about not receiving a phone call when the tires were available! Then he asked me for my name after a long conversation! obviously didn't follow simple procedures and or process in place to help me. He made me feel that I was an inconvenience! I tried my best to be polite so he can help me with the process of installing my tires. He made me feel that he's knows and been there for a while and that I was an inconvenience! I know I repeated myself, but the customer service was horrible! Glad I called to follow up on my tires!! I definitely wouldn't of received a call anytime soon!!! Hopefully the installation process will be better!

I visited the Costco at 7171 Cypress Lake Dr Fort Myers location and spoke to Justin in the Tire Centre. He was very helpful, polite, knowledgeable and provided exceptional customer service.
