They were unable to reset the pressure warning light so I had to go to the dealer after all which was an added expense and time inconvenience however they were very nervous nice.

Had to stop at this Costco (without an appointment) because I had a flat tire. Could not see a nail, but ended up being worse. Although this tire center did not have any tires in stock for my vehicle, the employee Brandon was more than helpful! He was very quick (helped me within 30 minutes even though I was a walk-in), as well as super sympathetic. He did everything he could to help me with next steps for my tires. Thank you so much for your help, Brandon!

Tuesday February 4th. I had a 315 appointment for 4 new tires,at 355 my car was ready,fantastic staff very knowledgeable, I would recommend them to all my friends. Thomas lane

Had an appointment only to get there and not a single parking spot, ended up canceling. Why isn’t there reserved parking by the tire center!?
Entire place is a nightmare once the Snowbirds come down….

Even though Costco is a large company, they have small business type customer service. Jordan and Elvin we’re absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend this Costco tire center!

I urgently needed a full set of tires and, once the order was in, they arrived in less than 24 hours. They then got me in 2 days earlier than expected for installation AND finished the job in well under an hour. Thank you to Lester and Mike for their excellent customer service!

The online appointment system operates like it’s from 2000 and no one answers the phone… I called over a dozen times and no one answered so I had to drive there and talk to someone. They also take way longer than they estimate to do the service.

Lazy service, curly hair guy wouldn’t even go out to check the measurements on the tires on my vehicle. Kept arguing that they didn’t have them for my model car after I said repeatedly that they were aftermarket wheels.

I have been buying the fully-cooked Angus burgers for many years (10+) and they were always fantastic. Till now. They obviously have a new supplier and the burgers are not very good. Had to use A-1. They are mushy and not even close to what I was used to. Will not be buying them again.
