I’ve rented a unit from this location for over 5yrs and management is wonderful. It’s clean, accessible, and they resolve issues quickly and fairly. They remember you and you’re treated like a person and not just a number.

Our CubeSmart employees went above and beyond to assist us with changing storage units and ending our services. Mr. Dallas the manager helped us beyond what he had to and we’ll never forget it. Only reason for leaving is moved out of state.

Rental rates increased well beyond inflationFor the longest time, lighting in the facility was on a short fuse timer that made it impossible to work in your unit. Also, many of the "Fluorescent" lights were burnt out.I asked to use a pod for move out and was denied claiming that it was written in the Cubesmart regs as prohibited. I checked the regs, no such prohibition exits. The owner is a lair.

We have been with you for a while. Manager always calls if our automatic deposit is short due to a raise in rates and reminds us.Always friendly.Recently we have been though a major hurricane. We needed a bigger unit. The location helped us get a unit right next to ours so we could just move our things with ease. We so appreciate theit good nature and kindness.

Had our boat there almost 3 years. Never an issue. Great security and excellent staff. Ron and crew are very responsive and as friendly as your next door neighbors. Very highly recommend this facility. 5 stars ++++++

Very clean facility. Ron has been curtious and friendly. He was very helpful with selection of appropriate size storage unit. Customer service, which seems to be missing so often these days, was great. I would recommend this facility.

Outstanding facility! The customer service was excellent , sign up very smooth. The facility itself is easy to access .. and very clean.. amazingly clean for any place much less a storage facility . You could live in it!
