Well, At first I thought this would be great cuz they were responsive to my questions. However, even though they told me someone on site would help me if I had issues when I came this weekend—that is not the case.
I went to get into my unit and there was a green zip tie where the lock goes. The door wouldn’t open so I pushed my giant cart folk of boxes back to my car, reloaded them, drove home and got scissors (after checking the office to see if anyone was there-they weren’t).
Went back to the unit, cut off the zip tie and the door still won’t open—and not cuz it’s heavy! Called the number—they put me on hold for over 10 minutes—before they gave me the number of the on-site manager. I left a message over an hour ago—no response. This sucks because I organized people to help me move and I asked them a bunch of questions to make sure it went smoothly. It hasn’t. Terrible inconvenience. Unprofessionsl

I am born and raised in SWFL. I have had numerous storage units over the years with many diff places. I cannot say that I have ever felt like one of them was home? Miss Ann makes you feel like you are at home. She is a very sweet lady. I am a pretty good judge of character and believe with everything in me she genuinely cares about the people and her job. Ann showed me around, showed me diff options, and made the process of getting a storage unit quite fun honestly....Which who knew? I am very pleased with my visit to Cubesmart and love my unit!
